I never write reviews because I do not want to be that person. But this is unacceptable! I normally come here because this is the only DQ we have. I almost get a blizzard or an ice cream cone. This time I got a blizzard and it tasted like old dirty milk. I work at a bakery so I'm pretty sure I know a thing or two when milk expires. I told the cashier and he was extremely rude. I am the most friendly guy and still kept my cool, however this older gentleman was raising his voice. Making everyone in the store uncomfortable. I just told him I wanted to exchange something else, I didn't care for the price, he could have given me a cone I wouldn't mind. I just ask for anything im not picky at all. But he was just yelling, when he tasted the ice cream he was trying not to gag. I got so worry because a worker should not be gagging at their own products. He then told me that no one complains about the ice cream, however the store was empty and the few people were there were my friends. All my friends tried it and all said it taste like a warm sicken milk. I then asked a woman who came from DQ and said if her ice cream cone tasted funky. She said "it has a werid taste". What? That's another person complaining about the favor of the ice cream. I would be notifying corporate because this is nothing to joke around. I work with pastries and dairy all the time. Yet, not once ever I had a slip up when it comes to dealing people's food. I just can't afford to get other people sick. I am so disappointed, never coming here again. Please do not delete this review, people must know from my experience.

Be warned, this DQ does not have a full DQ menu! We went 30 minutes out of the way and they don’t have chicken or burgers, only hot dogs and ice cream!

Writing this review based on their recent "Free Cone Day." Some stores offer freebies throughout the year, like free cup of coffee, free donut, or the classic free slurpee. All of these freebies do come with no strings attached and no app needs to be used. Apparently for "Free Cone Day" you must order something by using the DQ app and within 24 hours you will get a coupon for a free cone. The employee was telling customers that this was written on the fine print of some sign they had posted. They should not call it "Free cone day" if its not going to be free, even if it is written on the fine print. What if your eyesight isn't too great? But anyway, who puts a fine print on a "Free cone day" promo.

I gave it a 3 because when we got there, employees were very quiet not so welcoming which feels awkward. But the food was good.
