I had a leak in my water heater tank’s flex line past midnight. I believe Drain Brothers was the second company I tried calling that night. The first one (forgot the company) just rang once and automatically gets disconnected. Then Drain Brothers, Ozzy picked up the call right away. Very accommodating, honest, and gives you fair pricing. Most importantly, the problem was fixed right away. I would definitely give them a call again for any plumbing repairs.
P.S. in the picture, Ozzy replaced the old copper flex line into a stainless steel.

Before and after speak for themselves. Amazing group of guys and the owner Ozzy, went above and beyond to take care of my family. I have a septic tank and it has old plumbing and he revamped the line and created two cleanouts. The price is very competitive and you won’t be disappointed! Communication is top notch. After a call, he came to my property within 15 mins. Highly highly recommend them for anything you need!

Ozzy and his co worker were very nice and pleasant. The job was bigger than I thought, but they fixed it and left everything clean. Nice to have my bathroom sink back.

I had the pleasure of working with Ozzy & team recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They first came out to unclog a stubborn kitchen sink, and not only did they solve the issue quickly, but they were also professional and thorough throughout the entire process.
A few days later, they returned to install two new toilets, and again, their work was top-notch. They were on time, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and handled the installation with great care. During the installation, they ran into a few unforeseen issues, including a rusted flange and a leaking part I didn’t even know about.
Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, they were transparent about the problems and found ways to fix everything while keeping costs down. I really appreciated how they prioritized getting everything right without trying to take advantage of the situation. They made sure the job was done properly, and the prices were fair—no hidden fees or surprises.
Throughout the entire process, they were courteous, respectful, and made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves. It’s rare to find such a reliable, honest plumber these days, and I’m glad to have found one I can trust.
