He goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and is professional, gracious, reliable, friendly, and dependable. Jose used to be my technician before and he also was wonderful. Excel Pest Management and Anthony our technician are very good at taking care of our buildings needs over at Ambassador Towers. Anthony always has a good friendly attitude and accommodates us based on our needs. I definitely recommend this company! We are a 22-story tower building in K-Town.
