I had a rodent 365 plan and a quarterly spraying plan. First they explained that I would receive monthly sprays and monthly pay. It is actually quarterly spay with monthly pay! In addition they took 3 months to apply the promotions they promoted! They have an answering service that can only leave messages answered their phone, & their communication is non-existent. When I got someone on the phone and scheduled an appointment they would show up hours late or not at all. Then reschedule on a random day.
It has been a year and I have called to cancel my plan 4 time, each time they stated it is canceled but I get a letter stating they will send the balance that I have to collections. I paid for my services initially in full…..do not waste your money.

Jonathan the termite inspector was amazing. He came today and did a great inspection and provided lots of details. Although we decided we were not in need of treatment yet, he was extremely professional and we will call him back personally for any future concerns.

My tech Anthony is amazing. Always on time. Always answers my questions. Always comes happy to do his job and he takes pride in what he does. Pests hate him…but our house loves what he does!

The technician (Andres) was personable and knowledgeable. He went right to work, explain what he was going to do, and then did it. Proficiently and quickly. It appears that his treatments ahve been effective.

This company sent out a third party pest control company that ended up breaking my skylight during a service back in the beginning of June. Terminix requested the gas company turn off my service for the mean time while my house was being tented and did not request that they turn it back on until a week later after I had to make several calls to ask for it to be turned back on. Only Terminix can call SoCal gas to approve it being turned back on.
Since my skylight has been broken, I have called an incredible amount of times and put in tickets with the company for them to contact me over the last several months and have heard NOTHING. They also gave me an invalid contractor license number on the contract I signed and did not send out the third party company I signed and agreed to on the contract. Do not hire this company.
