Wonderful space for strength training - plenty of racks, platforms, and benches to get in your full program. I often workout in "peak" evening hours, and have had no issues with having to find free equipment or working in with someone if something is occupied. The space is incredibly welcoming, including to openly queer folks. Highly recommend.

If you want to be a part of a family, have great workouts & actually be excited to go to the gym, this is your place. The Owners are the sweetest, the coaches are smart and encouraging and very knowledgeable on form and anatomy. They helped me adapt some of the moves/exercises until I built up strength. The existing members welcomed me in like they had been waiting for me. Absolutely love this box.
Love this place! Great coaches and workouts. The people here are really fun to workout with. And I also really like the weights/exercise equipment.
I am blown away each time in terms of the quality of workout and instruction from all the coaches at CrossFit Rye Canyon! From Jose, Sam, Jason, Howard (sorry if I've left out some other coaches!), they've always had my back in terms of checking on my form, encouraging me to push harder when I needed or just plain call me out when I was feeling like a big wuss. Anyway, Crossfit Rye Canyon rocks and you'll be hard-pressed to step into a gym that will constantly push you and actually make the workouts fun - through their environment, culture and their results-focused attitude.
