I’ve been coming here for a while and I will never use another cleaners. We’ve used their services for everything from cleaning formal evening dresses (alterations & cleaning) to regularly cleaning my late husband’s suits he wore for work as he was an attorney who made daily appearances in court. Excellent service for years. And I always enjoyed speaking with the owner (such a sweet person) or with his daughter Ani. I’m not one to stop and write reviews very often, but when I went to pick up the suit my husband would wear for his funeral, Ani refused to let me pay. She even tucked in a pressed pocket square in his suit jacket and when I tell you that small gesture meant the world to me… it really did. Top tier customer experience/service always.

The place is extremely small and the owners Daughter yells at you if set off the bell by standing too close to the door. There is simply no place to stand.
I dropped off 4 dress shirts to be laundered. When I came to pick them up they charged me for laundry and dry cleaning on each shirt. They said I had ring around the collar and that’s what they had to do. I paid and never went back.

Wow, talk about a wonderful experience at my local dry cleaner's here in Stevenson Ranch! I had to get my duvet cleaned and was slightly nervous since the last dry cleaner messed up my bedding. Luckily, I met Ani who was incredibly friendly and confidently assured me of their expertise. Sure enough, they exceeded my expectations! Not only was my duvet returned, looking as good as new, but it was also obviously handled with utmost care! The quick turnaround time was the cherry on top! Plus, with delivery and pickup services available, it resulted in nothing but convenience for me. What’s even cooler - they’re doing their bit for the environment by using eco friendly cleaning products.
Class - love you, guys! Oh, and their fair pricing just makes things feel even better.

I've been to many dry cleaners throughout my travels and Unique Cleaners is 100% the BEST I have ever been too. Exceptional customer service, impressive turnaround times and everything that leaves that place is spotless. Literally, they make everything look, feel, and smell like it's never been worn before! 10/10, definitely would recommend if you're looking for a new dry cleaner.

They ruined a brand new pair of jeans I purchased and would not replace them. I took them there for a hem and they were cut 2 inches too short so they no longer fit me. The worst part was they were the last pair at the store and I loved them (was so excited about them). I found another pair online but the owner refused to purchase them because she would have had to pay full price when I purchased them at a discount (I was honest with her about the price I paid). It shouldn't have mattered. They ruined them so they should have replaced them, its as simple as that. They paid me what I paid for the pants but I can't replace them for the same cost so it doesn't matter. I will never do business here again. To top it all off the owner was very rude and condescending and cut me off every time I tried to talk. She kept my pants too (which was very odd).
