I want to give the highest review to the seamstress Elsa at Tide cleaners in Valencia. Yes, we have the same name❤️
I have taken several work blazers dresses and she does impeccable work quality allow me to continue to wear these items that I love in my wardrobe, and they fit me so perfectly!
I highly recommend if you have clothing that needs to be tailored alterations. You will not be disappointed with this high-quality work that she does at reasonable prices.🎉🎉🎉

This business does not accept cash. A friend asked me to pick up their alteration order and gave me cash to cover the cost. When I tried to use my valid legal US cash I was told that they are cashless and had no machine on the premises to convert my cash to a card. Nice people, good service but I May find another place to get dry cleaning and alterations done.

I’ve been coming here quite a bit the last few months and they always do such a great job! Great customer service and always have things ready on time :)
Elsa is an excellent seamstress! Can be a bit pricey but it is worth it. She takes her time and makes alterations that work very well with the construction of the garment. Thank you so much!

Returned 2 shirts with a note stating “could not get stains out” but neither shirt had what looks like bleach stains on them when dropped off. Did not even offer a refund when stating they could not clean the shirts. Will not return again.
