Went to Nora’s to tailor a pair of jeans and was nervous because of the reviews but after talking to her and having her show me what she can do, I decided to move forward. When I went to pick them up and immediately regretted giving them the benefit of the doubt.The stitching is sloppy and not straight. The measurements were either rushed/ not properly done. Things looked uneven and I was beyond disappointed. I expressed to her that I did not like the work and showed her the fit, she said it was my body that was the issue which was a terrible excuse to defend her poor work. she kept insisting it was my body (not her job) and that there was nothing else she could do about it. I told her that I would take my jeans to a different place and all of a sudden she said that she could fix it, even though she had already said it was my body and nothing could be done. I did not trust that the job would be properly done and I declined. I highly suggest that they perfect their craft before stating that they know how to tailor anything. I would have loved for her to take some responsibility as soon as I showed her my concerns and avoided all the back and forth

Just returned from Nora's. Been a customer for a long time. Watched the lady at the register assist a person she knew was illegally parked in a handicap spot. I told her I had to park far away with my handicap placard while her friend was illegally parked. She didn't care and made me wait as her friend then left the store to move his car after she helped him carry one dress to his car and then leave the handicap spot. I asked her to help me with my order. She said no and made me wait for him to return and pay. Her and her husband didn't care about making me wait.
Her prices are getting so high and now I learned she doesn't care about ADA customer. I'll find another dry cleaner with some morals

I can’t say enough good things about Nora’s Cleaners! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Rina and her team are true experts in their craft, whether it’s dry cleaning, tailoring, or any complex alterations. They consistently go above and beyond. I have been going here for almost 5 years now for every day clothing, suits for my dad, and even altering a 3 layer bridesmaids dress for my best friends wedding, they have nailed it every time. They will make you and your little ones feel at home to by sending them away with little treats! They also deliver clothes upon request.
Highly recommend Nora’s Cleaners to anyone looking for top notch cleaning and services! True gem in the community.

Rude people, my husband was just asking about the ink stain if they can remove it and he got a very rude answer from the lady. It eas our first time here and will definitely will not come back! Not recommended!

Worst dishonest cleaners.. dropped off very expensive shirt to have laundered and pressed … dropped off bright white … picked up pink..
When confronted owner about it was told I dropped it off pink… owner also stated they called me and I understood it was pink.. if you looking for a dishonest cleaners.. you found it..good luck
