Wow… wow… wow! My washer broke and now days it is hard to find a safe place to wash your clothes!!! So here we are at this laundry mat… near Valencia… this kid is singing into his phone and rapping… go figure… stepping out and goi g to sit in my car till the half hour is up! Make sure you come and see Grace… Gracie… it is people like this wonderful soul that will make the experience… a happy one!!! Just to think I was going to drive to another laundry mat … 7 minutes away…I told myself if I pull out of this far away parking and drive in front and if there is a parking g… I will stay… as is life…come say hello if your in the area for 30 more minutes… know your worth my friends!!!

The laundry mat wasn't a terrible experience. I removed 1 star for a lack of cleanliness of the facility, and another star for my clothes still being a little wet after 40 minutes in the dryer.
Pros:
-There are a lot of washer & dryers
-The machines are well kept
-Plenty of laundry carts
-A lot of places to sit
-Vending machines (Food, Drinks, & Products)
Cons:
-Machines are paid for using a membership card
-Fairly pricey
-The facility is a little dirty
-There was no staff present the entire time I was there.
-The machines did an "OK" job at cleaning and drying my clothes.
Would I recommend the facility: Yes, this is definitely one of the nicer laundry mats in the area.
Would you return in the future? Yes, I would return to the facility.

I am giving this location a one-star rating due to the poor customer service I experienced. I did not appreciate the way your employee, Ethan, spoke to me and another Black woman in the laundromat. His tone was condescending when we asked simple questions, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful.
Ethan informed me that a blanket was not allowed to be used in a certain size washer. I calmly told him that was fine, but he then proceeded to watch me closely as I loaded my other items into an appropriate washer. His behavior made me extremely uncomfortable.
It’s very disappointing to have this kind of experience in a public business. Customers should be treated with basic respect.

I just love coming to this laundromat! Its so well maintained and my clothes always come out so fresh! They have machines sizes for all your needs; washing huge comforters isn't a problem at all. Also, Ethan is always so helpful when I have a question or just need an extra hand. Definitely would recommend this

Super clean!!! Staff was very helpful. And ALL washers and ALL dryers run off the special laundry card which is FREE. Outta the whole place I only seen one machine out of order. Very reasonably priced. I washed at another nearby laundry matt last week. And there small regular washer waS same cost as small front load washers at EXPRESS LAUNDRY. Plus my clothes look so much cleaner. I seen the guy running some type of cleaner thru the washers. So yea after seeing that I dont feel crazy I I do believe my clothes got cleaner. As long as I in this area and need to wash it WILL be only washing here.
