Great stay and centrally located to everything. You do need transportation. I love the tile floors. Loved the decor of the hotel. Rooms kept clean daily except for the room floors. Would have preferred a dust mopping or wet mopping at least once during our stay. Pending refunds are better than a total charge to your credit card which takes 10 days for a refund. Overall I had a nice stay.

Love this hotel, second time we’ve stayed, third time we’ve booked. (We messed up and wasn’t able to make our second booking)
This hotel rocks, staff are great, amenities great. Parking lot for the hotel is quite small, but if full they go out their way to help you get parked close.
Super comfy beds, microwaves and fridges in room, breakfast included and small convenience store in the lobby.
Thanks guys, I never reviewed my first time here so this counts for both!

This is really a lovely hotel
Very nice rooms, with elegant decor and good amenities.
Coffee and Juices available free in the lobby 24/7
The only downside is the noise, specially the rooms facing the main street. No wonder they have a white noise machine and ear plugs in the rooms. They are Very useful in such situations
Request a room away from the main street side. There is still a train nearby, but not as annoying as the street noise

GREAT LOCATION. In walking distance to lots of stores, arts district, Theatres, restaurants etc. Staff was very kind, property smells good and very clean. Rooms were big and cleaned very well. Lobby was welcoming. Parking was great. Continental breakfast was a bonus. They take pride in this hotel! I'll be there again for sure.

Very clean. Desk and housekeeping friendly and professional. Spacious rooms. Thoughtful touches such as ear plugs provided, outside seating area, fridge and microwave. Even had a pen & paper, vanity kit and robe. Only downside is the train tracks being so close. But the ear plugs were very effective! We would definitely recommend staying here.
