Negative review. Thus was the worst hotel experience yet! CA hotels are really bad. They gave me a room right by the front desk. It was so incredibly loud ! The people next door had a baby that they let constantly bang on the wall with their toys allllll night and allllll morning yet front desk did nothing!!! I got zero sleep! I had to bang on the wall to make them stop! How disrespectful can people be to let their child just bang on hotel walls! Its different if they cry or get a bit loud, thats normal but literally slamming into the walls on purpose with toys for hours just so the thing doesn't cry!!! Are you insane!! Those people should have been thrown out. To make it worse, the tub didn't drain properly, the sink had bugs and black bits in it. The carpet was filthy!!!!! The pillows were all feather and stank like dirty body oil on the for decades! I mean feather pillows hold in odor and bacteria!! The bed was way too squishy, tv remote didn't work on the volume properly. Then the front area constantly had banging noises even at 2-3 am which filled the silence left by the demon baby next door. I should have slept on my car!!! $135 wasted to get tortured all night and no sleep!!! Highly do NOT recommend this hell hotel. If all that isn't bad enough, I have bites all over me!

We spent two weeks traveling across the US and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I was truly impressed by the way the staff treated us – they made us feel very welcome and valued as guests. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people, everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was spotless, and the breakfasts were good compared to typical American standards. On top of that, the location was excellent. Overall, our stay was simply fabulous!

Young lady upfront was rude unaccommodating. This hotel is cheaply built. I could hear everybody walking above me. Don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep if you’re a light sleeper.
The Wi-Fi sucks. The hot tub was broken.
I took one bite of eggs at breakfast and almost threw up. Stay away from this one.
But the most concerning thing was a maintenance housekeeping man who ran out of a room and ran into me. So unsafe.

Great location and very affordable compared to other spots in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful the whole stay. Only downside was our room key kept needing to be reset a few times and the drip from the shower head dropping down to a metal plated drain was loud and annoying, but was a easy fix with tossing a towel down to catch the water. Still, overall a good experience and I’d stay here again!

We booked this room through booking.com. When we arrived, they just said “oh we already sold your room”, even though it’s not refundable. Also they said
that overbooking is a casual thing for their system. They decided to give this room to another client, basically wasting our money and time. We arrived late(2-3 am) and were obviously very exhausted. They treated our reservation as some “third party” they don’t really care about. Then they suggested going to another hotel nearby. When we asked, whether they accept animals or not, the guy said: “just bring them from the outside, no one will know”. He didn’t even apologize. So that left us sleeping in the car with two animals, since it was too late to book other hotel.
Update: they didn’t take the money at least and then we got an apology on google maps, but that don’t make the situation a lot better
