We spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this hotel. It’s well located, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. However, the room’s acoustics were terrible — one morning I woke up to a couple arguing next door, and on another, to loud laughter from neighboring guests.
The service was also disappointing. Our room went two days without being cleaned. We woke up a bit later, and even after requesting housekeeping personally at the front desk, the cleaning was never done.
Breakfast was poor, and the service extremely slow. The à la carte menu is overpriced, and the buffet is so weak that it’s not even worth your time.
To make matters worse, one night there was a homeless person sleeping inside the parking garage elevator, which made us feel unsafe.
Overall, the location is the only truly positive point. Everything else needs significant improvement.

BEWARE FALSE CHARGES: The hotel charges you for water bottles that are placed in your room even when you don't use them. The hotel did the same thing to a colleague that was there a couple weeks before me. This has caused great problems with our company expense reports. I'm going to recommend the company take the Hyatt Regency Valencia off our company favored hotel list. Either the hotel is doing this as a scam to get a few extra dollars that most people wont fight about, or the maids or other employees are stealing the water and reporting the customer used it. I've used this hotel 2 times now for business travel. I promise to use another hotel next time.
Also, the rooms are not great. I ordered 2 queens and got 1 king. There is no microwave in the room. No bathtub, only a shower. I could hear people very easily through the wall.
If the hotel corrects their false charge, I'll update this review.

Overall, nice place to stay! Came here for my cousin’s wedding and it was a beautiful location. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The restaurants, entertainment, and quick bites nearby are a nice little walk or quick drive away which comes in handy at all times. My only concern that needs to be addressed with this hotel is the inconsistent WiFi. The WiFi connection will drop or fail to connect altogether which makes communication extremely difficult and slow. You’d almost have to rely on word-of-mouth communications to coordinate with your group. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay!

Great hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean and tidy. The pool and spa are great. The parking is fantastic (could fit a Ram 3500 with 8 ft. Bed). It is centrally located and near a lot of restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Work Trip That Felt Like a Mini Vacation 🩵
Stayed here for work and ended up loving it way too much for a business trip. The hotel is stunning, super clean, and just has that calm vibe you don’t usually get when living out of a suitcase. Staff were genuinely kind, everything felt easy, and the area’s perfect- coffee, food, and sunshine all within steps. 10/10 would “accidentally extend my stay” again.
