Work Trip That Felt Like a Mini Vacation 🩵
Stayed here for work and ended up loving it way too much for a business trip. The hotel is stunning, super clean, and just has that calm vibe you don’t usually get when living out of a suitcase. Staff were genuinely kind, everything felt easy, and the area’s perfect- coffee, food, and sunshine all within steps. 10/10 would “accidentally extend my stay” again.

Great location, with many shopping and restaurants options close by. If you are lucky to get a room with mountain views. Clean and spacious. I opted for king bed with higher floor room. Yet to try the restaurant in the hotel.

Eunice at the restaurant/bar is a treasure! She was incredibly efficient and personable and was clearly an out-performer. The hotel has many great team members, but Eunice is a shining example of what every service staff should strive to be.
Aside from that, the hotel is in a great location that's walkable to lots of restaurants and the mall and the rooms are solid.

This is one of the best Hyatt regency where you could ever stay! The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very clean with a very thoughtful layout. You can tell from arrival to departure that Hyatt has done an awesome job hiring the staff and taking care of the place. This was one of the easiest places to give five stars!

I’m a global member and stayed in a suite at this hotel — but the experience was truly unacceptable. I found someone else’s dirty underwear in my room. The staff’s response was completely unprofessional — just a simple “sorry,” as if that could make the problem disappear.
To make things worse, the manager was not available on weekends, so I was told to wait until a weekday for any explanation or apology. For a hotel of this brand and standard, that’s shocking.
After I checked out, I realized I had left something in the room. I called Lost and Found at least four times, and each time they promised to call me back. No one ever did. I only got an answer after I called again in the evening — they said they couldn’t find it.
Apparently, a previous guest’s dirty underwear can stay in the room untouched, but my own belonging “disappears.” Absolutely disappointing and frustrating experience.
