I've been waiting to give this review for some time. Because your employee that worked at the front desk name Natalie was not very inviting of customer service nor was she very helpful, I stood in front of her and her other colleague for 10 minutes before I had enough and told her. The lack of customer service here at this hotel is unbelievable to be new. I ask her. How long has the hotel been opened? She did not know her anger on her face. Looked as though they didn't mess with her, so I went to her co-worker, who was very inviting, said. The proper words make me feel like I was welcome. Her name was Vanessa. Vanessa is 1 person who, if I ever sent anybody to your hotel? I will tell them to go to Vanessa. She smiles, and she greets you. She takes your information. She also explains why she's asking you for a certain item. That they some hotels don't normally do. She is just all around a pleasant person to help when checking in.
Now let's talk about the design of the hotel or the rooms horrible. Why would you need a desk in there to block certain areas in the hotel? Knowing the hotel is already small?Come on , make it make sense.
When I told Natalia I would give a review, she said so what she doesn't care . The bathroom slide door has gaps on the side where you can see what someone is doing.
The design of that ROOM IS UGLY!
Why put a desk in front of the room taking up more space that we don't have.
There are other hotels their near by that cost more than I will consider next time. I really didn't pick this hotel. Priceline picked it.

We had an excellent stay this past week! We arrived very late (2am), and the employee at check in was very friendly and provided prompt service. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We had someone on the trundle bed couch, and he says it was very comfortable, as well. We never had issues finding parking, and felt very safe with our car in the parking lot. We didn’t use the pool area, but it was a good size and looked clean.
This location really stood out in their continental breakfast! They have one of the widest varieties that I’ve ever seen in continental breakfasts! And lots of vegetarian options, which I greatly appreciated. There is a ton of seating with wide varieties in the types of seating (booths, tables, barstool countertops, couches). The entire dining area was super clean, with an employee constantly making sure there were no messes, as well as making sure everything was adequately stocked. This same employee was super nice, and he would check in with everyone to make sure no one needed anything.
This location was a bit of a drive from our activities in central LA, but was completely worth it! Every single employee from the front desk, to the housekeepers, were top notch! We will definitely be returning!

Our room air conditioner would put out warm air the whole time. Very nice and clean, spacious, friendly staff. Everything you need to cook with is there. All amenities are free. Plus you are not charged for parking.

Very happy with my stay at Spring Hill Suites Santa Clarita.
Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly.
Only downside, very poor water pressure in the shower.

I stayed there July 18th,2025 and had a terrible experience. We checked in late that night because we spent the day at six flags near by. The toilet would not flush in our room and one of our guests had already went to the bathroom and toilet would not completely flush. It would overflow after a few flushes. We contacted front desk and they said NO maintenance workers were available until the morning. They could also not accommodate us to another 2 bedroom suite because apparently they were all booked. I asked to speak with manager and all I got was a phone number to contact manager Shannon Hillygus and when I called, it kept going to voicemail. I left voicemails and no call back at ALL! So for the rest of that night we had to use the restroom in the lobby and slept with the smell of feces in our bedroom all night. We even gave them the courtesy of running to wal mart early in the morning to buy a plunger to fix toilet. I wanted to come back to stay there in the future, but perhaps with some sort of compensation. Still nothing!
