Came here to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Very close to the park and easy to access, with also a great view of the park as well. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was amazing, they all made sure to make us as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the fitness center was surprisingly very nice and the pool was great.

It's the only hotel on our long trip west that doesn't have a pull out bed to accommodate our family of five. Not bad otherwise, but I will say that the pool is very small, there's no hot tub (too cold outside to swim in the evenings) and the barn style bathroom door is very hard to open and close, even for someone strong like me. My kids can't budge it and it offers no privacy whatsoever.

This was a weird place. Second time I stayed here - was here for business in January and everything was fine, if kind of drab. This time it was strange. I was there 10 days my room got cleaned once.
No new sheets, no nothing. I called down cause I need towels and they were very accommodating. Everyone was putting trash in the hallway because it clearly wasn't being collected.
On the day my room did get cleaned, the chamber person put dish soap in the dish washing machine and it spewed suds everywhere.
I think the place is understaffed and the staff they have are undertrained. Workers were all nice, polite, friendly. But it’s like no one exactly knows what’s going on.
When there was breakfast or any kind of food service (only Wed) suddenly a bunch of people showed up who were not staying in the hotel.
Like I said - weird. I needed a place with a kitchen and it had that (though I had only one fork). But I would not stay again and would not recommend.

Had the strangest experience trying to book a hotel block with this hotel for my wedding . It’s like they don’t want to do business with you. I tried reaching out to Riley and Karla multiple times via email abd phone calls - left Karla multiple voicemails . And no response back . Unprofessional behavior in her part since she was the main point of contact, and all we had left to do was to sign the contract. Which for some odd reason couldn’t send it over . I would not recommend trying to book a hotel block unless you like wasting your time trying to get a hold of someone there. Good thing there are other hotel options that do want to do business with you in the area!

Unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience here. After a long wait at 9pm, we went to our rooms, but the rooms didn’t receive any room cleaning. When we asked what we can do, Chris at the front desk said that they don’t have any more rooms for 4 people, but we can get 2 rooms for 2 people each. So we said okay, but then they asked us to pay for the two rooms. We asked why we should pay since we already paid for the other room, and they said that we can either stay in that room or if we don’t want to we can pay for other rooms. Of course it is unacceptable to expect to stay at a dirty room. And when we said that is unacceptable, they told us that we can either pay or that they were going to ask us to leave or they would call the cops. It was very unprofessional for them to threaten us, especially after expecting us to stay at a dirty room.
