Nimesh was the best part of our stay at your Inn! His customer service was impressive. He made us feel welcome and treated us like like family. He helped us search up some things to do locally that my kids and I would enjoy. The room was perfect for us with two comfortable beds and a little fridge to keep our extra food in. The water pressure was great and they made sure we were happy. Thank you for the great customer service. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is decent, I didn't hate it. The breakfast was acceptable and the room/room service was solid. If you're looking for a cheap hotel to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain, this genuinely isn't a bad option. The review's suck but me personally I had a decent time here. I stayed here in December of 2024 and the experience was decent.

***DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM***
The images on the website are not accurate or current. The photos provided on booking.com are misleading.
There was a bicycle and scooter inside the pool.
They did not accommodate my disabled son.
I only stayed in the motel during the day. I was too scared to spend the night. There are cars constantly driving by and burning tires in the parking. There are children playing in the parking area unsupervised. Children/guests roaming around the property.
Gypsy guests hand their clothes hang drying along side the swimming pool gate.
The room was in poor shape. The tv sound was inaudible, I could not connect to the tv, the input setting was not accessible.
The bathroom towel rack is loose and broken.
The bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet, it looked like it had not been clean in months. The was no water pressure. The shower head was full of calcium. The temperature of the water was unstable.
Even for the low price or if it was free, I would never stay here again or recommend this motel.
It was the worst experience and when I asked for a refund for checking out a day early. They took my key guard said I was not eligible for a refund.
I emailed booking.com and requested assistance. I have not received a response or reply.

When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and polite for being 1am in the morning. This is the only good thing I can say about this property.
My boyfriend I just wanted sleep, a shower and properly running water but were disappointed with all the above.
I suggest you avoid booking a room at this location.
Walking in to the room it smelled like cigarettes.
*The refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it.
*There was blood on the walls.
* A patched hole in the bathroom door.
*Rods were falling off the wall.
*Dry weeds in the sheets.
*The curtains were about 20 years old and broken.
* TV didn’t work.
*Pool and jacuzzi were closed (Yes, even between operating hours)
* The shower didn’t work and was held on by duct tape.
***But the BIGGEST disappointment was the toilet didn’t flush properly.
When you pay over $100 for a room you expect running water and a toilet to work.
I tried to complain to the front desk in the morning at 9:20 am and no one was there.
My biggest advice is to avoid this motel!!!
I hope the GM will contact us back since we already contacted corporate. Absolutely, unacceptable. I’ve worked in hotels for 9+ years and would never have let that room be in circulation. FYI it was #224

Dirty, old, and needs renovations. In our first room the door wouldn't lock and maintenance couldn't fix it so we had to switch rooms. Seems like people live here long term. Shady people walking around property. Felt like a shelter. Should reduce the price or only help with emergency housing for the unhoused population. Not luxurious or kid friendly. Very low budget.
