I did not have a good experience at this agency. Dan, the owner, yelled at me and would not help me get a good price on airfare. He actually told me, "Do it yourself." Which I did and got a much better rate. His associate Vince was nice but my daughter found a better rate for our cruise, which even included on board credit. Also, the tickets Vince booked for Walt Disney World didn't work when we got to the park. We had to spend a considerable amount of time at guest services straightening it out. Overall, I'm disappointed with this travel agency.

Dan has been helping my mother and I out for years. He has a steadfast determination into getting the answers you want quickly. He DOES NOT cut corners whatsoever, He is the true definition of what a professional travel agent should be. We couldn't be happier too have booked through him. ❤️❤️
