I waited in line 10 minutes to get inside and wait for another 40. The manager decided to close the bank 30 minutes early and turned away people at the door because they are understaffed. And rather than help, the manager stands by watching the two tellers work. Unbelievable.

I normally don’t ever write reviews especially for a bank but this location on Lyons needs to do better. I get that people have bad days and I understand it’s not easy working at a bank but my teller was rude when I was trying to explain what I needed. I felt like she wanted me to do math when asking for change.She threw my receipt and said nothing to me no thank you nothing just threw my receipt. Weird vibes. It’s just off. I over heard a customer ask who I assume is the manager a question and the lady was cutting her off. Over all way too aggressive for people with general questions. It’s not that serious. I have 5 accounts with this bank but after that interaction and seeing how the staff treats people I’m uncomfortable to go there. Please do better you don’t have to love working with the public but at least be kind towards customers. The job is to help customers.

This is the worst Bank of America location I have ever been to. First of all their hours are ridiculous, 10-4, and they are often closed early or open late, so good luck if you need anything outside of your work hours. I just went there today and was told that their "teller service" was closed for the whole day. If they don't have enough staff then they need to hire more or close down, it's a disgrace compared to their other locations.

This branch changed their business hours without notice. They now close on Friday at 4:00 and closed on Saturday. Why? They are extremely slow and the ATM window and walk ways are filthy.

So your answer to all of the issues is to tell me your sorry and you have other locations. REALLY!!!!!! How about checking into the situations listed in the complaints. Maybe just have someone in management go in unannounced and observe the staff, check the ATM area to have it cleaned instead of giving your standard response which by the way show this bank could care less about its customers. DO BETTER OR PEOPLE WILL CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNTS. WE HAVE HAD MY ACCOUNTS FOR 55 YEARS. CHECK IT OUT IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME.

Hate this bank.
Took out over $100K personal and over $200K on a business account and moved to Union Bank on Lyons.
Today (Saturday) tried to make a deposit for another business I've had there for over thirty years. Had 16 people in front on me and 2 tellers.
Never enough tellers but plenty of of suits sitting behind their desks playing games on their computers looking busy.
Union bank was the best move I ever made. First name basis, no ID required as they know their customers and NEVER have to wait.
Only wish I could give less than 1 star.
Union Bank, I love you, B of A, you suck.
