We wish we could give this group more than 5 stars! They made our home buying & selling process so easy! We kept putting off the idea of buying & selling at the same time due to hearing how stressful the process can be. Our experience was not stressful at all thanks to this team! What can I say. Milanka and the rest of the Craig Martin team are spectacular. They got the house ready to show in a week and the house was sold the same week , for well above asking price.
More important they are always available and the whole real state transaction was more of a friendly and personal event than a business one.
I would not go with anyone else. Highly recommend the whole team.
