I first found Jack when I needed someone to board up my aunt’s windows after they were broken during the Sylmar fire. The first company I called tried to overcharge me—asking more than it would have cost to replace the windows entirely. It was a clear case of price gouging. When I spoke with Jack, he gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the work and promised to meet me at the house within an hour after picking up the necessary supplies. True to his word, he arrived on time, was both personable and professional, and I immediately noticed how well-organized and clean his truck was—a small but telling sign of a business that operates with care and efficiency. He secured the property quickly and did an excellent job.
I was so impressed with Jack’s work that I hired him a second time to install fencing around my yard to stop a rabbit infestation that was destroying my landscape. Desperate for help, I reached out on Super Bowl Sunday, not expecting much, but Jack once again came to the rescue. He arrived, took precise measurements, and gave me a very reasonable quote. His work was meticulous, and he even adjusted the final price after returning extra materials—an uncommon display of honesty and integrity.

I’ve hired Jake for a few jobs already and I’m already planning other projects for him to do. He’s very reliable, responsive and very patient with his work. He doesn’t rush anything and makes sure to do the job correctly. Recently, he replaced a faucet and garbage disposal for me and he made sure everything was installed correctly. He even replaced a leaking pipe for me. I appreciate all of your help Jake, I look forward to working with you again soon.

I’ve hired Jake around 10 times for small to bigger jobs since moving into my new house about a year ago. Every single time he’s on time, very respectful and gives us top tier quality work. I’m so happy to have found Jake to do a repair job in my bathroom (decayed wax ring) that was causing water to leech into the wood flooring from the base of my toilet. Mold then started to grow into the flooring. He replaced the flooring planks and everything is back to working order. It also looks great. Jake does quality work and I’ll use him again for all my future handyman repairs.
