I made an appointment. Reception gave me an 11 to 1pm window. While on an unrelated zoom call I get a call at 10:30 the day of my appointment. I text them back at 10:51am when I finished my zoom meeting and find out the technician was trying to contact me while I was in my meeting and has left my area BEFORE our previously agreed upon 11am to 1pm window and they had the audacity to tell me I need to reschedule? Like it’s my fault for sticking to the schedule.
