I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chevrolet service center in Valencia, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Lorenzo greeted me with a genuine willingness to help.
Lorenzo's service team was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the work that needed to be done on my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand.
They even repaired a center console button that another service center had talked me out of repairing. Stating it would never stay exactly correctly!
The service was prompt and efficient, and I was impressed by how quickly they completed the necessary repairs. My car was returned to me in perfect condition, and I could feel the difference in performance right.
Overall, I highly recommend the Chevrolet service center in Valencia for anyone in need of reliable and friendly car service. They exceeded my expectations, and I will certainly be returning for future maintenance!

Awesome dealership & staff. Holden sold me my 2nd car in 3 months. Both Electric Vehicles. Very satisfied customer. Fair dealership. Won't haggle you or cheat you. They are honest and upfront. Hard to find these days. Highly recommend them. Jennifer is a great Manager as well.

On September 25, 2025, I was at your dealership for approximately two hours. We were assisted by Andy Arguello, and at the end of the day, he told my wife and me that you would discount $8,000.00 on the 2026 Tahoes you had on your lot—one in silver and one in metallic gray. He said all I had to do was choose which one I wanted, and he would work a price of $69,000.00.
Andy specifically told me that he would send me pictures and videos of the vehicles the next morning so I could decide. I received a call from someone claiming to be the general manager, with an arrogant attitude, with a completely different conversation and offering a different car and price than what Andy told me. I didn’t get any message about a different vehicle or price, nor did I get any confirmation if that worked for me. I called Andy, and he explained that they had clerical issues and that someone had entered the data incorrectly. He also said they did not have the vehicles or the prices he initially mentioned. I was then transferred to another general manager named Ryan, who was very arrogant and disrespectful. Ryan transferred me to yet another general manager named Mike, who basically told me they were too busy helping other customers. He said he couldn’t do anything and kept talking over me, showing disrespect. It’s no wonder they aren’t accredited by the Better Business Bureau as a business that lacks professionalism and integrity.
