Honest review.
I purchased a used C8 Corvette here on Sunday, November 9th, through a salesman named John. Before signing any paperwork, I inspected the car and noticed that the basic detailing wasn’t done well and there was paint peeling near the headlight. They acknowledged this and agreed to provide full detailing and repair it with a touch-up pen, which was written and signed on the contract.
After completing all the documents, I was told the car only came with one key, even though I was never informed about this beforehand. At first, the salesman communicated with me, but a few days later he stopped responding. I eventually had to reach out to the sales manager and paid part of the cost to get a new key made.
The paint repair situation was similar. I was told the touch-up pen was ordered and that I would be contacted within a week, but I never received an update. I had to visit the service center myself to resolve it.
Overall, the customer service felt very different after the sale. Before buying the car, everything was smooth, but the follow-up afterward was disappointing. Since I live nearby, I’ll likely return for future service, so I truly hope the next experiences will be better.
The car is beautiful and I absolutely love it, but it’s honestly sad that it has been stuck at the service center because of these other issues.

Before making the 2.5-hour drive, I called to request an out-the-door price for a 2021 Chevrolet Traverse, and they went above and beyond—sending additional photos and videos without hesitation. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chevrolet service center in Valencia, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, Lorenzo greeted me with a genuine willingness to help.
Lorenzo's service team was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the work that needed to be done on my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand.
They even repaired a center console button that another service center had talked me out of repairing. Stating it would never stay exactly correctly!
The service was prompt and efficient, and I was impressed by how quickly they completed the necessary repairs. My car was returned to me in perfect condition, and I could feel the difference in performance right.
Overall, I highly recommend the Chevrolet service center in Valencia for anyone in need of reliable and friendly car service. They exceeded my expectations, and I will certainly be returning for future maintenance!

I visited AutoNation at a very busy time but still had a good experience. My contact was Steve and he was very helpful. He is always patient and explains everything that needs to be done to make sure my vehicle is kept in good condition. The visit was long but expected due to the Christmas holiday. He kept me informed and got me out as quickly as possible. I always use the dealership for service due to good service and great staff.

10+, I dropped the truck at 6am. There were no drop off envelopes. A worker named Jade saw me. She hadn't even started work yet but came over and told me not to worry she would help me. She took care of everything. Above and beyond helpful. Joe, as always was over the top great. Stayed in contact with me letting me know all that's needed for my visit.
