Beshoy was great. The transaction was smooth and quick. No gimmicks. He had the exact car I had been searching nationwide for. He worked with me on an out of state purchase and worked easily with my shipper. The car was delivered just as it was described and presented. Had a great experience. Thanks for making it all happen!

My daughter had been looking for a replacement vehicle for some time after her original hand me down failed to pass smog and was not worth repairing. When we went to BM Auto to look at a car we had found online the experience was very pleasant being able to test drive with no pressure sales. We decided to purchase the car but found an issue immediately after that needed fixing. Beshoy fixed the issue in a very timely and professional manner. We then took the vehicle to an auto shop my son works at and their master mechanic ran diagnostics and looked over the car. His conclusion is she got a great Prius for her price point. Thank you Beshoy for being an honorable low pressure dealer.

I was looking for a vehicle from August 2025 because my truck broke down around my Birthday. I started buying bikes, getting on buses, using Uber & Lift , and renting cars from enterprise, etc . I have 3 children with Disabilities that require a lot of resources places to help with their Disabilities. the requirements to help with my children needs this transportation was overwhelming &costly but worth the utilization as well. I searched around from websites to word of mouth on trying to find a good vehicle. I am signed up with Cargurus.com that’s when I found BM Auto sales Dealership. I was looking for an Audi I purchased an Audi A6 2016 at a wonderful price from Beshoy that was a wonderful Gift 🎁 for Christmas ❤️ I really appreciate your Business. I will for sure refer friends& Family to Beshoy at BM Auto Dealership I would go back myself when I’m interested in another vehicle.

Friendly, easy to work with, knows his threshold limits in making sale. Bought vehicle recently and has been good after several trips to Nevada.

i purchased a 2013 chevy camaro from BM auto sales. i found the car on carzing and did my research looked at the carfax car seemed good, so i called BM Auto sales and they told me the car was a good car in very good condition, i asked if it had any problems and the salesman said no. So we went to see the car took it for a test drive, car drove nice it didnt have any check engine lights and a/c blows cold everything seemed good. i did tell the salesman that the rear tires were bad and the key fob didnt work and the trunk release button didnt work so they took 500 off the price . So i got financed and took the car home. when we left the dealership and got on the high way the TPMS light on the dash came on. i figured because i have bad tires in the rear that was the issue. But it made it home. when i got home the salesman text me and i told him about the light and we both thought it was a sensor. so monday i went to replace the rear tires. and the tire shop reset the tpms module but the light came back on so i took it to a differant tires ship he replace two wheel sensors and reset the system told me to test drive the car, after i drove 15 miles again the light on the dash came back on. so the tire shop told me you need to take it to the dealer so the next week i took it to the dealer, on the way to the dealer i had the ac on the blend door inside the dash broke and the cold are turned to heat, so theres another issue. so proceeded to the gm dealership they check the car and told me the tpms module was having a communication issue they i was have to make another appointment and they would have to have the car two or three days to figure out whats wrong. so i called BM Auto Sales because i was thinking ive only had the car afew weeks they should help me. Well i told to manager of the car lot and he got real mad and started yelling on the phone telling me the car was sold as is and telling me how hes not making any money on this deal and all this stuff . So he made me mad and i turned him in to the DMV because i fell he should of atleast offered to go half on the repair. so now im having to drive the car with the windows down because the ac don't work and the heat stuck on so i notice a grinding should from the drivers rear so i took it back to the shop who did the wheel sensors they tell me that the rear brakes are shot and i need rotors they tell me the brake pads only have 10 % of the pad left and i'm just like damn theirs no way no way this dealership didn't know this and they never told me it needed brakes so when i get home from the tire shop i call BM Auto Sales manager then tells me he forgot to smog the car before he sold it to me. but then he tried to get me to haved the vehicle smog but i remembered him telling that the car had expired tags so i didnt go smog the car. I want him to do it so i thought i better tell the dmv so i did. few days later the manager from bm auto sales calls me and sets up a day for one of his guys to come smog the car. so the fallowing week they came down and smog the car and this guy tells me dont worry Mr Hernandez were gonna take care of everything we will fix it all. we will fix everything wrong with the car. im like ok. so car gets smogged everything is good. so the next day i call bm auto sales to give them a price to fix the brakes and afew other things and they manager just blows up on the phone. again its the same stuff oh im not gonna spend that money im not making nothing on this deal, and i just lost it i told him off i told him why did your guy say you guys were gonna fix everything when you never were. so we got in to a huge arguement he actually just wanted to back out of the deal and do away with the sale and just give me my down payment back but he wouldnt refund me all i sent on the tires or trying to figure out the tire pressure sensor issue so i told him hell no. what they are fraudulent. SO TO PEOPLE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM BM AUTO SALES IN VALENCIA CA IM TELLING YOU THESE GUYS ARE BIG CROOKS!! He never offered a full refund
