We took my parents here as a special occasion and it delivered on all fronts.
Olivia and her team welcomed us in and accommodated our reservation of 8 with ease. Olivia was super friendly and very nice from the start and gave us time to ask questions about the menu. The food was delicious and the recommendations by her were spot on for what we wanted to try. We ordered family style rather than individually and over ordered because who doesn’t love left overs.
We had many options and we finally settled on the items below.
Lumpia
Dumplings
Grilled eggplant
Bok choy
Crispy pork belly
Mixed adobo
Milkfish
Longanisa fried rice
Bagoong fried rice
Egg yolk noodles
Stir fried rice noodles
Garlic rice.
I forget which desert dish it was, but my mother ate it way too quickly for me to get a picture. So I’m guessing that she loved that too.

10/10 no notes!
You have to get the sinigang. It's tangy, sour and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I was surprised by how fast and how freshly prepared the food was. It definitely wasn't sitting around or reheated.
Also, the service... the BEST. The servers kept asking us how each dish was and to not "forget to put lemon on the pancit." Valencia is so lucky to have authentic Filipino food like this. Omg, THE SINIGANG!

I was in town visiting family when I stumbled upon this Filipino restaurant. I can’t believe this place has been around for 10 years.. I’ve been missing out! I ordered nilaga and daing na bangus for my main and turon for dessert. The turon was fried perfectly and drizzled in what looked like simple syrup. It didn’t hit the spot for me though because I was looking for that caramelized shell. The main dishes, however, were 10/10! The bangus was so crispy and flavorful - perfectly marinated in garlic and vinegar, you really didn’t need a dipping sauce for it. The soup of the nilaga was just right, not bland, not salty, not oily and tasted “clean” while the beef was tender and veggies perfectly cooked. Filipino food done right. The attention to detail - big and small - and presentation of the food did not go unnoticed; I was impressed. The service was excellent; Miss Olivia, my server, was attentive and friendly. The place was spotless. I really enjoyed dining at this Filipino restaurant; I can easily see this being my go-to for my favorite Filipino comfort food. Can’t wait to try more dishes!

Walking into Pink Salt felt like stepping into someone’s home — and that someone was Myrna, the incredible owner who welcomed us with open arms. The restaurant was quiet when we visited, which gave us the gift of time to really connect. We sat and talked with Myrna about life, family, and the story behind the restaurant, and it felt like we were catching up with a friend we hadn’t seen in years.
The food was outstanding and served family style, just the way comfort food should be. We shared the crispy pork belly, which had the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness. The adoba chicken was rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. And the squash and green beans brought a fresh, vibrant balance to the meal.
This wasn’t just dinner, it was a reminder of how food and hospitality can nourish the soul. I left feeling full, both in stomach and in spirit. Pink Salt is a treasure, and I’ll absolutely be back.
Myrna also offered to drive us home after we'd indulged in quite a few beers.

Came here for the first time today and it’s so delicious! Plates are shareable, there were 3 of us and we ordered the bbq chicken, grilled pork belly and Longenesa fried rice along with steamed rice. Everything was so good but we really loved the pork belly. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing food!
