First time trying Mendocino Farms. They are a new restaurant in Santa Clarita Valley. It is located in the Valencia Crossroads Mall. It is a great location with plenty of parking and plenty of inside and outside dining. The manager and staff are very friendly. Manny is the restaurants manager.

I love Mendocino Farms. I love the vegan banh mi. It is very flavorful and the tofu is really good. I also love the pickle potato chips that they have.
