Haven't been to Subway in forever. Most stores I had been to have been dirty and sketchy. Stopped into this shop today and was pleased to find a cool, clean shop with friendly staff. Even the restroom was clean. My sandwich was great and the bread was fresh and so soft. Will definitely return to this Subway.

Store Manager named Pinky was very unprofessional and rude. I tried to order “The Great Garlic” and I wanted more veggies/additives but she stopped me from doing so. Pinky said that since I was ordering the Great Garlic, they didn’t need to ask if I wanted more ingredients added to my foot long. I go to Subway because you can customize your sub however you want! I work in the same shopping center and now I don’t want to visit again. I asked for the District Managers’s phone number, and was not given the number. She was very harsh and I do not recommend coming here if you want an actual Subway sandwich. Very disappointing. If someone has a direct number for Corporate or the District Manager, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Ordered three sandwiches, two double meat. Neither had double meat that I paid for! I called the location and the guy working didn't care. I curse when I talk sometimes. Not threatening just another word... He started yelling at me. Lol...
When I got to the store he was waiting outside smoking and blocking the entrance all "puffed up" like he wanted to fight. So, after I go inside lol we continue arguing about my order. The worker actually pulled a knife out of his pocket and threatened me with it! Wow!

Horrible service!! Elizabeth was very rude. There is a stand off at my appartment and myself and kids can't get home. I went inside to ask for a napkin and a fork so my kids can eat while we wait. She told me that it not my problem and I need to buy something. I also ask do you charge for water she said yes. I then told her wow you are very rude. I asked for her name and her managers # she said with smurk on her face look on the door.

This store does not enter coupon codes from phone. They want paper coupon. This subway needs to update technology. My loss is their gain. Outside of saving, food is good.
