This is the 4th time out of the last 5 orders from WingStop Castaic, that they completely got the order wrong. This time the slip on the bag was correct, but the order inside the bag was for David W. Since it was ordered on DoorDash they refused to deliver or correct the order. So we had to go back to the store to pick up the order. After a long unnecessary conversation with this store, they wanted us to eat the food we didn't order. Like I said. 4 out of 5 wrong. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WING STOP. Order from Soledad or Lyons. They are solid.
I don't know if it's my bad luck, but it really upsets me when you bring it to their attention they make it seem as it's our fault. They need to focus and pay attention. Please fix this place. Someone please wake this store up.

A couple of us contacted this Buisness to help a local family in need that experienced a traumatic event. We were hoping to do a fundraiser considering this was the favorite spot to eat for the young man. We were told the owner would get back to us. That was almost a week ago. We have kept calling. Was told excuse after excuse. Tomorrow is the event and have heard nothing back. Due to being so unsupportive of the local community I will not be eating here again.

Placed our orders for lunch with Angel, he let us know it would be ten minutes. Our food was out within 6 minutes, hot and delicious and served with a smile! Loved the food, attentive service and clean dining room. If you’re in the area, go get some food and say hi to Angel for me!!

Loved their 70 cent wing deal it was bomb , and my mom got the chicken sandwich combo. Update(Dec 8,2024) the Lakers legendary garlic tenders were amazing . And the corn was on point thankyou for another amazing meal

Okay well first of all they kicked me out before it's even midnight The staff where really rude and I was treated like shit.
