Happy I finally found my go to nail salon here in the SCV. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Great pedicures and I usually book my acrylic fill with Don. He does a wonderful job. Pays attention to detail. Donald, Sofia and all the nail techs are just as wonderful. Book an appointment it gets busy. Happy customer!

I’m not going back. Went to get my birthday nails done. This was my go-to place for gelx. Younger lady at front was rude and needs to learn customer service skills. Attempted to charge way more for less designs than what I’ve paid 6 months ago where I paid way less for more designs on every single nail. It would’ve been fine if they said the prices had changed since then, but when I asked, that lady said no. Then when I showed the picture of what I had done 6 months ago and how much I paid, they said it’s not possible…I think I remember what I paid when the price difference is so drastic. Im not going back, and I’ll be sure to let everyone I recommended know what happened as well. Left feeling so disappointed and upset. Worst experience ever, especially considering it was for my birthday.

During my visit I requested an almost shape dip manicure and during the process the nails were not even do I asked the technician if he can please fix them. I wasn’t rude I asked politely. The next day my hair was getting stuck on my nails due to the powder placement. I came back as a walk in to get a set and they refused service. I haven’t gone to a nail salon that refused service and blamed the customer for simply asking to correct a nail shape. I’m disappointed. I read the “right to refuse service sign” and I was not disrespectful, didn’t cause a scene.

I have had my nails done by Donald for the last year and I just absolutely love his work. He has to deal with my type A personality and always comes through and executes every request, he’s a perfectionist too 😅I’ve had pedicures as well and let me just say best leg massages. Lily is always the sweetest when I come in which is always a bonus.

It was my first time and after my coworker is highly recommended that salon. I can say it was very disappointing. I only gave 2 stars because the staff there was friendly and the place was clean. As far as the job itself, it was unspeakable. I did gel French manicure and it looked very nice in the beginning, but literally, next morning the white part of French manicure got loose, detached from my nail, I was able to stock it back with a crazy glue, which was ridiculous! Then, I started noticing almost on all of my nails, some white patches, like bobbles. I said to myself, it’s ok, I am not going to get upset. But today, literally a week a half from the day I had this manicure done, gel started getting out and I just was able to remove all those gel nails easily by myself. Gel manicure supposed to stay on at least for 3 weeks. I had it before at a different salon and it stayed nicely for almost a month. This time, it was ridiculously short. I am sorry, but I will never go back there and probably won’t recommend. Thank you.
