First time bringing my wife's new shoes to Vic's Shoe & Luggage Repair. We needed to add skid resistance protection on the bottom of her shoes. They have many different products to choose from. Great service and quality work.

I won’t be returning to this place. As soon as I showed the gentleman my mom’s shoes to be repaired, he immediately said, “Too expensive.” I was taken aback—how could he know what I was willing to pay without even asking? All the shoes needed was a new polish and an insole replacement. He then added, “It’s not $20, not $30, not $40,” or even $50 which I initially thought was a joke because he never gave me a price. But when I pulled out my mom’s second shoe, he abruptly said, “Not worth it.” 🫢How does he know what’s worth or what’s not worth???
I couldn’t help but wonder if his dismissive attitude had something to do with me being a Latina woman there with my 82-year-old mom. I’ve never been to a business that seemed so uninterested in taking my money or offering basic respect. Very disappointing.

Found this place off of google maps. We brought in a dog collar we got from petsmart that was way too big. He cut the collar and sewed it perfectly. Great prices and great service.

Highly recommend! I had two pairs of boots that needed heels and polishing. Brought one pair here and the other to another local shoe repair. Vic's did a wonderful job! He fixed them in 24 hours, they literally look brand new. The other place took a week, the polish job doesn't look nearly as good as what Vic's did and they were more money!

THE WORST COBBLER EVER. I brought a pair of loafers that had not been re~soled in a few years. Charged me $120 . I realized a month after he had not put enough glue on the part that connects the bottom of the sole to the shoe. I then noticed that the leather sole was so thin on the front of my shoe that I had a hole in it. Vic says it’s my fault because of the way I walk, I have a bunch of shoes and I have never worn a hole in the toe of my shoe. NEVER BRINGING ANY OF MY SHOES TO GET SOLED HERE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU,
