We decided to give them another try after them being 2hrs late the last time. Today we scheduled for 5pm and so far they are 1.5 hrs late. Called customer service to see if they are still coming but their office is already closed. We had good experiences in the beginning but probably won’t use them again since they are not reliable.

Scheduling car wash is useless. Their washers dont care to show up on time and have zero customer service. Unistalling app after several chances.
