The people are very nice, but their communication has been unclear. Work was done in our home without the process being properly explained to us, and as a result, our kitchen floor has been partially removed for over two weeks and the new flooring installation isn’t scheduled for at least another two to three weeks, leaving us with broken floorboards, jagged edges, and exposed nails where the baseboards were removed. The nails were left sticking out of the wall and the cabinets under the kitchen sink, and no effort was made to ensure the area was safe or to cover the exposed edges to prevent injury. I had to request that they cover the exposed broken edges of the floor boards with tape but the nails are still exposed so we keep our grandkids out of kitchen so they don't hurt themselves.

All the crews took care with their work, and the pack-out/pack-in crews handled large furniture and small items with care. They explained the procedure step by step, they were on time, fast service, polite, and helped clear some of my stuff away that I hadn't removed to have space to work in, they were very careful removing cabinets as same ones will be put back.
