The service at this location is outstanding. I called on a Thursday to price compare renting chairs for a Sunday event. The gentlemen explained all the details. I called on Friday to firm up the details. We picked up the chairs on Saturday and there was a gentlemen to assist loading them in my truck. We returned the chairs on Monday. The entire transaction went well.

Ordered from them recently and they did NOT deliver my order for my event. We had to contact another company for our party. Completely unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to respond to me the day of my party. Never again ordering for them.

Be extremely wary of renting from this company. Rented table cloths, table covers, drink dispensers, and a few other things. They shorted us 4 sage green table covers, we notified them, they still tried to charge us for the missing linens upon return. Which was a huge price tag, some firm words were exchanged. Don’t use this company unless you want your rental order to be messed up. Also side note many of the table cloths were extremely wrinkled and had to be re-pressed.
