Attended new tech open house- needed to upgrade my hearing aids. Karen always great to work with. Very thorough in assisting with questions and showing me all the features. Will be following up in a couple of weeks after giving them a test drive.

I went to Advanced Audiology because I had loud buzzing in my ears. When I initially reached out I was able to get an appointment reasonably soon. From the moment I arrived I felt so welcomed. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly and my Audiologist was very knowledgeable and also very friendly. The testing was easy to understand as was his explanation of my case. I hope I never need an audiologist again but if you do, this is the place to go!
