The hearing aid experience was fantastic start to finish. Strawberry was professional, kind & very knowledgeable. She made each step easy & I learned a lot about hearing that I did not know.I had previous set of hearing aids, which that experience & hearing aids were awful. I had almost decided to give up & I’m so glad I didn’t.The front office staff great too! I would give review 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Having worked in a medical facility for over 30 yrs, I may be more in tuned than most, as to how the front desk staff presents its self and this staff is top notch, as are the Audiologist. I was very pleased with the service I received. I tried other places and felt the most comfortable at this location. All of my concerns were met and I walked out with the hearing aids that suited by personal lifestyle. I highly recommend Advanced Audiology.

She expertly explained everything about the procedure and went over the results with me when completed. If you have any inkling of a hearing problem or think you may need a hearing aid, this is the place to go.
