    We saw NP Mitchell, she was great at diagnosing my son and checked all the basis. He’s recovering well thanks to the medication that was given to him. She also double checked my daughter and she’s doing good as well. The rest of the staff was nice and attentive. Thank you for the great experience.

    I have been going here for many years. I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. Today not so much. The nurse that helped check me in was rude, unprofessional and downright nasty to me. Honestly, I have never been spoken to by any medical professional like I was with him. He told me to not come back if I didn’t like it. I asked for his name before I left and it is Suk. I have seen several personnel change over the years and I have never experienced such an awful example of a bedside manner as I did today.

    We started at the Valencia location but was offered the option to transfer to Canyon Country since there was no wait there. We drove over and my child was seen immediately. Friendly and helpful receptionist checked us in and then the provider was Nurse Practitioner Amy. She listened well and there was very little wait time for the tests. We were on our way in about 45 minutes. Follow up continued to be great. We got a call later with and update on diagnosis and treatment. They called again the next day and the provider (PA Sungmin this time) took careful time to listen to current symptoms and provided next steps.

    Excellent service!!! Very friendly and helpful people!! They also take the time needed to explain things and assist you professionally!! They make you feel right at home!!

    Called the morning of to make an appointment and make sure they took my insurance to which they put me on a brief hold to “check if they take my insurance” to which they told me they did and I was able to make an appointment the day of. I show up to my appointment and turns out they don’t work with my insurance GROUP they take my insurance but not the group I’m affiliated with which is frustrating I’m in a lot of pain and I’m thinking I’m going to get the help I need just to be met with these circumstances. Not sure why one told me they did then another told me they didn’t but get on the same page? Make sure everyone’s trained? If they don’t know simply say I don’t know and find someone who can figure it out? Instead of wasting time.
