My experience here was mixed. The tax preparer was knowledgeable and took time to explain deductions and credits, which made filing feel less stressful. I appreciated the friendly attitude and how they guided me through some confusing parts of my return. On the other hand, communication about document requirements and deadlines could have been clearer — I had to follow up a couple of times for updates. Overall it’s a solid option if you’re looking for personal help with your taxes, though a bit more proactive communication would improve the experience.

I am saddened to leave this review because everything but their UPS services are amazing. However, this is the 6th time we have dropped a UPS package off and days later it is never scanned and just "lost". They are very unreliable and honestly not helpful when dealing with anything UPS related. At this point it almost feels intentional since we have branded packaging which is noticeable to tell it is our package. I would love nothing more to support a small business, as a fellow small business myself. Sadly, this trust has been severely broken and can no longer support this business or tell others to use it.
Please be very very weary dropping anything off here UPS related as AIM Mail Center is not trustworthy with these types of packages.

Usually AIM takes my FedEx packages no problem. This time I had a QR code to send my package. Fed Ex will print the label for free and mail it. Aim charges $2 to print the same label- just know that in advance!

I blame this place for theft. I doubt USPS would open up random packages to steal from whats inside especially when there was a more valuable item in the box. (torn packaging of product) A product was swapped with a fake version and I will forever hold a grudge from this place since I know nothing will get resolved. A birthday gift for a friend.

It's the nearest FedEx/UPS drop off location to my parent's place and I also needed a passport photo. The photos cost was $1 less than the CVS next door and everything I needed was done in a reasonable amount of time. My parents had no complaints using their notary service on a few different occasions.
