The staff here is amazing, kind, and caring. Everyone was so friendly and always kept us up to date on our puppy. They saved him and I couldn’t be more grateful to them. They take the utmost care and I highly recommend brining your furry loved ones to them!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. I brought my 3 year old cat in to all Creatures for symptoms resembling a uti or bladder infection. Without even looking at my cat, the vet stated that my cat was probably “stressed” and that his symptoms were probably related to “stress” he made this diagnosis PRIOR to actually examining my pet. The vet took my cat into another room, I guess did an exam, and I was told by an assistant what my costs were. I never saw the vet after the exam and was never told what was actually wrong with my pet. I had to tell the office to please ask him what he found in the exam. I was sent home with 3 antibiotics, which I pushed for because I knew in my heart it wasn’t stress and a recommendation for some oil off Amazon to help relax my cat. Fast forward 2 weeks when my cat took a drastic turn on a Thursday and was gone by Saturday morning. This has left my family with a huge hole and more anger than one can imagine. This establishment has already been involved in lawsuits, do your research on any vet you take your furry family members to. What a catastrophic lesson learned.

They always do an excellent job with coco. They are polite, kind, sweet and accommodating. Coco and i enjoy going to her Vet. it is always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good job!

I was recommended by a friend to take my dog in that needed attention. The lobby is very nice, clean, homey feel with very nice employees. The Vet and assistance were not like other L.A. animal clinics where everyone is a number and the vet is not personal. I drove a bit from L.A. but it was a nice drive and would recommend to any pet parent. They worked out a plan and instead a big bill of surprise found alternatives the vet was quick to help my dog and my issues. I have a private rescue and will be making more visits as I felt at home and my pet was in great care. The best part is that they are always open and do not charge for after hours fees. They really care for your pet and I thank you guys so much.

5 STARS +++ I've been coming here since 2009 for emergencies, surgery and general care. I've tried numerous other vets as I moved to the Valley and then to Ventura County, but have always returned here. The care my numerous furry companions have received here is the best I've ever experienced and it's worth the drive for me. The staff has always been super friendly, compassionate and caring.
