I scheduled an alignment appointment online and was pleased to receive the $25 discount offered for booking through their system. I brought in my 2002 Toyota Tundra, and while the service took slightly longer than anticipated, the alignment was performed with precision and the results have been excellent.
The customer service was exceptional. The staff demonstrated strong technical knowledge and provided clear, detailed explanations throughout the process. My only concern was the waiting area, which was somewhat uncomfortable and warmer than expected.
Overall, the quality of service was outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to return in the future. I appreciate that they prioritized accuracy over speed, as the end result was well worth the wait.

UNREAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have to say I didn't expect the service I received. One of my kids got a flat and I pulled up with a tire that I didn't even buy from them. The manager was the one that greeted me, Philip is his name if I recall, I explained my situation and he asked me to show him the tire. He grabbed it from my truck, told me to wait a minute, and brought the tire back mounted and put it back in my truck.. All free of charge, I mean who does that anymore? I was shocked and WOWED by his actions. It is something I would do for someone but I just didnt expect it from this business...
What was even nice to see was that all the people working here all were smiling. One of the people working there said he loved his job and the management he said was the reason he appreciated working at American Tire!
Thank you Philip I will be back to do business with you

I stopped here because after I left my house my tire light came on and it was on the route I was taking. I did not have an appointment. They checked my tire without hesitation and found a nail. The technician fixed it quickly and I was back on my way. I've never been to this store before but will definately go back if ever necessary.
