Best tire buying experience ever. Everyone at this store was knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 1972 K5 Blazer and wanted to see how a different size looked. No problem, they ordered it at no charge, when it arrived they mounted it and put it on both the front and back for me to see. Liked that size and ordered the other three which arrived later that day. After they arrived I was in and out in less than 30 minutes because they put 4 people on it!

As someone who oversees service operations for a major automotive retailer, I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and efficiency. The team at America’s Tire in Santa Clarita exceeded those expectations in every way.
From the start, they confirmed my appointment ahead of time, ensuring everything was ready before I even arrived. What really stood out was the personalized touch—they had a designated parking spot with a sign specifically for me, which made the process seamless and stress-free.
Their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were top-notch. The entire team worked efficiently, and their customer service was outstanding. It’s clear they take pride in their work and prioritize the customer experience.

Fast service. But one of them dropped some liquid on my jeep fender and didn't even bother to mention it. I noticed when I got home 25 min away. No integrity in letting the customer know and no accountability. I called and they basically said oh well. They said it was bead sealer and it will fade away in a couple of days. No....no it didn't. See pics. I'm guessing they stained it with their hands and decided to try and cover it up by adding more to the whole fender.

I was rotating my wheels and discovered a nail embedded in my front right tire tread. Brought it in to be patched, where I pointed out the location of the nail to the storefront associate as they brought the vehicle into the bay. Quick and courteous service - in and out in 20 minutes. No issues with their storefront employees. I did not inspect to make sure that the issue was resolved, which was my first mistake.
A week and two hundred or so miles into a hunting trip later I noticed my wheels were starting to wobble around 11:00 at night. Pulling over and jacking up my car, we discovered that the lug nuts had not been properly tightened and were now loose, and that the nail I had acquired had not actually been removed. After I falsely accused the Democratic Party of removing autoshop classes from schools, we tightened the nuts down and shrugged, hoping that it would continue to stay in and conserve the tire's pressure for the rest of the trip. That was my second mistake. It did not.
Initially unbeknownst to us, the nail would wind up getting knocked loose somewhere on a rough forest road, and in the morning and after hearing some strange noises from the suspension during the night, we got out of our bags to find the nail gone along with all the air in the tire. We wound up driving over 40 miles of deteriorated road conditions on a donut spare to get to the nearest outpost of civilization with a mechanic's shop. Thankfully the patch was affordable and on our route, but at the same time I would have preferred not to have had the issue in the first place.
