Pretty good tire place, you can see the queue and who is infront of you, duplicate screen shows you exactly what they are doing. Clean high-tech tire place with a rack of a ton of different brands. Great warranty, my only complaint is that without an appointment, you could be waiting an hour or more. My time was 3 hours because it was super busy, but they finished everyone who came in and got in the line even if they were past closing hour. Good people, good place.

I pull into America tire because my tire light came on. I used to be a Mechanic for over 25 years and they tried the bait and charge. I didn't go for it. I had a nail in my tire. After an hour and a half he calls me out to look at my tire and he tells me that he cannot fix the tire because the inside of the tire is going bald and he wanted me to buy another tire. I said NO put it back on and I will go back to Ventura. I went to my good Friends shop and picked up new tires for a GREAT price and then I went to Brake Masters and got an alignment form another Friends shop. You have known people to get a GREAT deal and I GOT a GREAT Deal!!!

This is the best place for tires and I wish I started Here, I called This morning about my tire situation and spoke with Jessie. He was extremely helpful and got me back on the road feeling safe after the crazy rain storm we had. I can’t speak highly enough about Jessie and the wonderful team working there. Everyone is helpful and is concerned about your safety rather than the price of things. I am so thankful for how helpful Jessie was. Highly recommend coming here!

Outstanding. It's rare, at least for me, to be impressed by a service industry merchant, especially auto care. Well, I could not be more impressed than I was with my America's Tire experience. Booked the appointment and bought the tires online. Texts and emails followed me up until the morning I showed up. So it started off great and never wavered from that momentum. The tech met me at my car, was professional, courteous and personable. It only got better. I was expecting lollygagging and having to wait for a while but...negative. I walked to Lowe's for what I thought was a far too short visit and again...negative. No sooner did I walk in the front door did a different tech call name. Done and done. This kind of exemplary service deserves to be recognized when it happens. Well done guys! The high star rating is confirmed. Nice job! 👍

Always get my tires here. Great products. Great prices. Friendly staff. If they don't have the specific product, they offer alternatives, but I never feel like I'm being up-saled. Reasonable wait times. Free air check. Best warranty around. Clean and comfortable lobby. Best of all, the aforementioned statements are consistent with every visit for nearly the last decade I've been coming even during the pandemic.
