If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! I called for a nail repair on one finger from a 6 day old set and was told by the lady that answered the phone to come in so they could have a look. No mention of needing to have an appointment. So, I walked in and was approached by whom I think was the manager. She told me to have a seat because the girl who did them was busy. After about 3 minutes, she calls me and says that she will be doing the repair. I have a seat at her chair and she begins to remove the nail. In the midst of my ONE NAIL REPAIR, she got up to sit a walk in customer and yell at a couple of the other techs. She sits back down and drops the LARGEST glob of builder gel onto my nail. For those of us who do builder gel, we know that it has to be applied in increments to prevent from looking like a gum ball -hence the word "builder." This of course burns to the highest extent when I put it under the heat light. Another patron finishes her nails so she gets up to take her payment. However, I notice that same patron comes and sits in the chair next to me. Meanwhile, the girl that originally did my nails 6 days ago finishes up her current client. She begins cleaning her station and walks over to another customer. The manger then sits with the patron that just finished with the other tech and begins working on her nails. I ask if there was any way for the original tech to repair it and she tells me no because someone already had an appointment with her. Another 20 minutes goes by as this manager is working on the patron next to me. In all honesty, I paid close close to $150 for a FILL when I originally went because of some small designs. At this point, it's been close to an hour and I feel completely disregarded. I stand up and tell the manager that the way she handled the situation was completely wrong and that i would leave a review to let others know how they treat their customers, then walked out. Picture below is how I had to leave. I'd rather walk out like this and find a place that treats their patrons better. HORRIBLE experience and will never return!

My wife, daughter and mother in law went in for a pedicure for mother's day. Overall their experience was mediocre and they just dismissed it at that. A day later my wife's toe started showing signs of infection and has since gotten much worse. I called the salon a week later and spoke with "Zee" who was very confrontational and abrasive. She started yelling immediately as soon as I started my grievance. Will be following up with a lawsuit at this point!

I went last Monday September 15th for gel nails and paid for the full set service so that they would last longer and have better quality on my nails, by the way it was $70 and two days later the color of one of my nails started to fade, I went to talk to the manager but his ATTENTION was very fast and made me feel like I was responsible, he never offered an apology, it's been 10 days and almost all of my nails have no color, this started to fall off very quickly. This has never happened to me in other places I have been and I will never return to this place in less than two weeks I have to pay again to have my nails fixed

They are closed. Booked an appointment online. Got an email that they confirmed the appointment the next day. Even got sent a reminder, but showed up to this. About to leave on a trip and now no one can take me on such short notice. Terrible customer service.

The manager did a really messy French tip fill on my nails. Crooked white paint with brush strokes and missing polish in some spots. When I went back the next day to have it fixed she said "nothing I do is going to make you happy." I said, I'm just asking for a clean French tip, I don't think that's unreasonable. Rude and bad service, don't come here.
