Super fast shipping but one of the lights was missing the mounting clips. They sent me a new set of clips right away. Superb customer service from John and others. Thank you!

Adding to the review below as this customer service continues to be horrible. After being told I can return rest of order for a refund I sent the arms back utilizing the return authorization they provided. About a week later 3 new shades arrive but now no arms. I’m still currently sitting with no working lights, no refund, and I can’t even use them now if they did actually get it right as I already had to order from somewhere else so I could close on the house. Needless to say I would recommend not ever returning anything to this company without planning 5 months of hassle.
As of right now I would not recommend this company. I found out about this company during a home build and placed an order in October. After receiving the shipment I requested an exchange to a smaller light. I shipped back in November. After multiple requests for status of the exchange they finally told me the beginning of January (2 months later) that the replacements are on back order until February. This was super frustrating to wait so long to find this out. Due to timing I told them I needed to buy from somewhere else as I didn’t trust they’d be available in February due to the poor customer service. When I asked about a refund they told me they would see what they could do as they wouldn’t guarantee a refund and may just ship the exchanged parts back or something.

It’s almost 3 months since my original order and 2 1/2 months since the exchange request and I’m still waiting on a response on if I’m getting a refund or the lights sent back. I found the exact same lights on amazon through another company and got them immediately and knew I could return if needed. I would recommend ordering that way then purchasing through this company.

AQ Lighting was a good option for my fountain lighting project. Brian was very helpful and available on the phone. Other online options won't even return calls. Order was received promptly, led lights installed, packed well, and in good condition. Shout out to John at the Houston, and Fantastic Fred at the California warehouses. Thank you John

Light installation went fairly fast and easy. The screws included with the lamp did not fit the housing and fell thru when screwing in. The screws on the housing being replaced fit. It's not a showstopper, but it's frustrating.
Other than that, I was very pleased with puck light purchased.
Package was well packed by John. John, I hope you win your office contest!

We were lucky to find AQ Lighting when we were looking for lights for our new flag pole! Brian gave us recommendations and exceeded our expectations in his customer service! Shipping was fast and product was excellent! We can’t thank Brian enough. Now our flag pole project is complete and lighting is perfect, flag shines bright during the night.
