We used Ashley’s free design service. It was great! They sent us sketches of how the living room could look with the sofa we wanted. They even include furniture pieces you want to keep. We are very happy with the service.

Mary from the Santa Clarita store was very helpful and very professional. She was very patient with me as I chose my furniture.
Delivery of all my furniture was prompt and the delivery crew were all friendly and they handled my furniture so carefully as if it was their own.

I went into the Santa Clarita location earlier tonight walked past several cells associates no one bothered to greet me or acknowledge me. As I left, one sales associate looked at me still not saying anything. I had to tell him how horrible the Customer Service was, and the very least they can do is greet their customers, and he told me that he was busy with Another customer, however if you know anything about proper customer service, whether you’re with someone or not, you can speak and say hello and acknowledge people who are in your store. I will be spending my money elsewhere. I planned on buying a dinette set as well as a sofa and ottoman. Management need to have a talk with their sales associates and tell them that the customer that is in the store is more important than scrolling your cell phone likely on social media.

My wife Norma and I are still talking about what an amazing experience we had at Ashley because of the exemplary service provided to us by Diego. We are coming just to browse and when we got there, Diego greeted us and I try to make it clear upfront that we were just browsing and he was so friendly and said please look around and give us a couple of pointers about where things were located. From time to time as we stopped and looked at things he would come over and make himself available, but never did we feel that he would overstay his welcome. He just wanted us to make sure that we knew he was there. Then we made an unexpected turn into the mattress section which was not even on our list. Again, he saw his stop and came over to offer his assistance. We asked him a question. He answered it. We asked him another and the next thing you know we we’re in the midst of learning more about mattresses then we could imagine. Diego was helpful, informative, friendly, professional , entertaining and 30 minutes later because of Diego we bought a mattress and a base and we can’t wait for it to arrive. We cannot speak more highly of Diego and his bedside manner with us. We are in the middle of refurnishing our home and will be back there over and over just so we can work with Diego!

Arrived and Bobby greeted me and my Partner. Bobby was very patient with us as we knew what we wanted but didn’t see it on the floor so Bobby brought us by pieces of furniture that were similar to the ones we wanted to buy. Bobby gave us a good deal and I even received money back from the price guarantee. We bought 2 couches and an end table. Thank you for great customer service.
