    I rarely write public reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience. We visited the store to finalize a dining table, chairs, and a chest we had shortlisted over the weekend. It was my spouse’s birthday, and we had specifically taken the day off to complete the purchase and schedule delivery. Upon entering, we were greeted by Artur, and we clearly mentioned the exact items we intended to buy. However, there was a price discrepancy — the chest had been listed at $279 over the weekend, which we had confirmed, but Artur informed us the price was now $399. As my spouse explained that this same discrepancy had come up over the weekend and that Lucy, the store manager, had already agreed to honor the $279 price, we requested that Artur confirm with her. Instead, he insisted that he had already checked and began expressing visible frustration, claiming he was “going back and forth” for us. Within less than 30 seconds of this exchange, his tone turned impatient and tense. At that point, I intervened and said, “We can be polite.” He responded that he was being polite and then, in an irritated tone, remarked to my spouse, “Do you want this or not?” He went on to say that it was a “good deal” — but in a manner that came across as dismissive and demeaning. That’s when I said, “Let’s record this conversation and review it together,” so we could objectively assess whether his tone was indeed polite. What was meant to be an enjoyable experience quickly turned disappointing. We ultimately decided to leave without purchasing the dining set or chest. Courtesy and professionalism go a long way in customer interactions, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this exchange. Thanks team for the experience.

    Great experience! Nice selection, the sales person was well informed on the various products and options. The delivery was quick, polite, and had excellent communication. I would buy at this store again.

    For all those who are looking for furniture from the quality home, this is a safe option... if it is not the best one. And if you are looking for Quality in customer service and attention, I can believe that it is the best option by far, since in the past I have visited other shops in the same area, where not only did I not find cordiality in the attention, but I could not buy in those places because of the lack of concern from the staff. However, here, at Ashley Home Store I have found good prices, good quality, highly qualified staff, Freddy the manager, Edda and Mary on the sales floor were very friendly and worried about every step of the purchase, I definitely recommend them 100%. Do not regret arriving in this place. GO... DO NOT let the opportunity pass.

    My experience with Ashley furniture has been horrible. They use a third-party delivery company in the process of them the delivery company trying to deliver and move a couch. I purchase upper staircase punch a hole in my drywall scratched drywall in other places, along with scratching railing and other damage to the property. There was damage to the furniture The delivery team try to sneak out of the house without notifying us of the damage she did to our house and then instead of taking the furniture that they scratched and damage trying to deliver it, they force us to call and file a claim when we told him to take the furniture with them. They said that is not the case and left us would have to deal with damage furniture and damage to our property. Now claim you have to go through corporate, which is hideous very unprofessional and have to deal with their time so after the third time finding out, they’re using a third-party moving company for deliveries not even Ashley furniture, employees or delivery employees.👎👎👎 so after dealing with multiple phone calls, multiple emails going back into the store, which, fortunately in my case, the store manager took the time out of her day along with one representative to look at everything was going on and help me out to get the matter moving along and process a lot further after paying for the repairs on my own pocket and having to sign a waiver that I’m gonna get settlement for my repairs out of my own pocket. I’m still waiting for a refund on the repairs. Secondly, even though this manager at the store that I purchased a furniture offered to replace it And after all the issues and concerns, I had to deal with Ashley furniture’s corporate I’d rather just keep the damage furniture and not take the chance for them to dance my property again, which is pathetic. I reached out to them asking if they wanna give me a discount of the damage furniture or possible discount for future Purchases which unfortunately I have not received a response from the store manager or Ashley corporate which I think is pretty interesting and funny even though they’re willing to replace it furniture either way hands-down when dealing with Ashley furniture I believe if they have third-party delivery companies, those third-party delivery company should be held to the same standards as Ashley furniture Delivery people if not to a strict or standard and I don’t believe that if somebody furniture is damaged that those furniture delivery technicians should be able to have the option to just void customers when they say take the furniture with them because they damaged it upon trying to deliver as furniture only offers a five star opinion in my opinion and my concern and dealing with Ashley furniture HR department I will give you a -5 a long wave would not recommend having them do deliveries or paying them for delivery services and do it yourself. You’re a lot less likely to have Damage to your property or the furniture purchase if anybody questions or has concerns or doubt within my review, I have all the email correspondence screenshot it with my experience with Ashley furniture corporate, and can provide them to Back my Claims in this review..

    Are salesperson Ruvy was amazing. She was professional and knowledgeable. She saved visit to store. There were multiple associates upon entrance and not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed help.
