Just took home our new Audi Q7 (our 3rd car from Audi Valencia). Shout out to Mike Zimes for getting us a great deal. We told him exactly how much we were willing to pay and he made it happen! This is the 2nd car he’s helped us with. So glad we didn’t have to drive far to get the deal we got!

I brought in my 2020 Audi Q8 for a recall two weeks ago now. I’ve called the service department numerous times asking for an update. All I keep getting from one of the service advisors is that a manager by the name of Dylan will call me back with an update. Dylan has NOT reached out to me with an update, I’ve ask the service advisor that rather than waiting for his call, that I would hold on the phone for him. I’ve waited on the phone for over an hour, he never came to the phone or had the audacity to return my phone call. I’m so sick of this dealership and would advise anyone leaving their vehicles for service to reconsider. I’m in the market of buying my second Audi but for sure it’s not going to be from these guys, I would not be doing business with these people. I’am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the FTC . All I’m asking is for an update on my vehicle that it’s all I’m asking for. But for these people it’s to hard to call someone back when they say they are going to.
After several weeks of no communication i finally got my car back from these guys. To make matters even worse my car was left parked under a tree with my driver side window down. All tree debris fell on top of my car and was so dirty from the inside and yet they proceeded to handed my car with no explanation and assume I would take it to the car wash myself. I told Dylan that I would NOT accept my vehicle in this condition. He then took it back to get it washed and after several minutes someone else drove it back to the front with no apologies for leaving my vehicle in this condition. I would never bring my car back to this dealership nor do business with these guys. They are the absolute worst in my opinion

Purchased my Q3 here with the help of Mike Zimes and I couldn't be happier. Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The whole process went super smooth and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The service was top class and I am very satisfied with the whole process.

I am from the Central Valley and decided to take my car here for service since there is a shopping mall across the street and a Cheesecake Factory :) Perfect to kill time while my car is getting serviced! My advisor, Jennifer, took really good care of us and answered all the questions we had. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I will be seeing them for now on for any services my car requires. Visited this dealership in Valencia on Pi day 2025 with the intent of servicing our 2014 Audi Q5. Due to the professionalism of the whole staff, from Paul in service to the Mikes in Sales and Finance, however, we left with a brand new 2025 S line Q5! Salesperson Mike Zimes, listened intently to our needs and made sure that we were treated as friends and not just clients throughout the process!
