I had a fantastic experience working with Harry at Audi Valencia. I purchased a used Q5 from out of state (I’m in Utah), and he made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Buying a car sight unseen can feel overwhelming, but Harry walked me through every step and made it easy to feel confident in my purchase.
They also made financing simple (shout to Sogol Khan)—I used my own credit union, and he coordinated everything quickly so the numbers matched exactly where I needed them to be. I told him the monthly payment I was aiming for, and he made it happen without any hassle.
Harry was extremely responsive, whether it was through text or returning my calls promptly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend working with him if you’re considering buying from Audi Valencia, even from out of state.

I want to take a minute and share an unexpectedly awesome encounter with the service team and specifically Paul Santil at Audi Valencia. I was returning from Thanksgiving with family in Phoenix when my red Check Coolant alarm activated in my 2021 Q5. I went directly to the dealership expecting to be told I need an appointment, no availability for a week, estimate exceeding $200, etc, etc, etc. I experienced the exact opposite! Paul asked if I could give him 15 minutes. He took my key, handed it to a service tech, ask him to top off the coolant, and in less than 20 minutes I was back on the road. That’s real customer service, something that seems missing in most business encounters these days. Thank you Paul and the Audi Valencia service department!
