I discovered through an online search that this dealership had a selection of vehicles not available at my local dealership. So, I drove 1.5 hours to Valencia, and it was worth the trip! They had several vehicles that I liked, and I ended up buying one on my first visit- a beautiful, high-end Grand Cherokee Summit. I found the staff to be friendly (not fake or annoying), knowledgeable and honest. Follow-up was top-notch: after I got the car home, I discovered a small scrape in the paint. The dealership had it re-painted - no questions or hassle at all. It now looks like new, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I had an extremely amazing experience with a couple of the team members. Kamal Was extremely courteous and understanding of my needs, he wanted to make sure that I got the deal I came in there for.
Kamal’s type of customer service these days is Extremely rare, Kamal is the type of sales person that I believe is actually there to take care of the customer. James in finance also provided amazing customer service.

I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle here! Each person we dealt with was kind, patient and knowledgeable. We did not purchase on the first day but the Sales Manager Kim followed up with us to ask about our experience as well as to see what she could do for us to help make the deal.The salesman Francisco did not pressure us at all and helped us find the right vehicle. The Finance Manager James helped us understand the terms as well as all of the valuable coverage options. My experience with service was wonderful. My service advisor came out and net me the minute I parked my car for service. He was very kind and took the time to find coupons for me to save me money for brakes that I needed. Everything was excellent, from the service advisor to the shuttle driver taking me home. I have taken my Dodge charger to this dealership everytime I need service. I have not one negative comment. Yes it's more expensive, other then taking it to a mom and pop shop, but I love my car and live putting OEM parts. My car runs like a champ!
