On May 21, 2023, I dropped off my Ford Bronco for two recalls, an oil change, tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. I received an email within a few hours that my vehicle was ready for pickup, which was encouraging. However, upon driving away from the lot, I immediately noticed a ticking sound coming from the front end of the vehicle. I promptly returned to the dealership and informed my service writer, Eric. He assured me that the front-end mechanic would take a look.
While waiting, I inspected the front right wheel and discovered that three lug nuts were missing (see attached image). Consequently, the vehicle was retained for necessary repairs, including the replacement of the wheel and wheel hub. No apology or explanation for the negligence was given at that time.
Upon receiving my vehicle back on May 27 (Eric did apologize at this time, although still gave no explanation of the negligence) I detected a burning oil smell. Upon inspection, I found excess oil residue around the oil fill area (see attached image). Frankly, it was an embarrassing sight; my 13-year-old daughter could have performed a better oil change. Now, I am faced with the additional expenses of hiring a detailer to clean the engine compartment and seeking a reputable repair facility to inspect and approve the work done by the Ford dealer.
The least the dealer could have done was refund my several hundred-dollar invoice. A simple, routine maintenance appointment has turned into a nearly one-thousand-dollar fiasco. Buyer beware!

Getting the service done was a breeze and hassle free. I had to bring it in for a recall as well as a possible issue with my Towing package and my power windows. I had to leave leave it for a couple days which was fine considering the time it would need to be in there to get the job done. My service advisor was polite and thorough. I would definitely recommend this service to get your Ford needs done.

When I brought my concerns to Shawn Clancy, the GM he handled the situation with genuine care and concern. He was extremely profession and kind.
Mason, my service advisor kept me informed and was very accommodating.
Everything promised was done.
