An overall nice experience buying a used car here at Autonation. Their no haggling policy is a relief from the surprise additions that you will eventually learn about after shopping at different dealers. Willie gave us an exceptional car buying experience. There was no bullshit, plenty of wisdom, care and follow through. He answered all our questions and concerns. He also helped reserve our car as much as he could when we still wanted to make sure of our decision. In the end the deal we had was unbeatable as other dealers always had additions to their listed price. Linus (Sunil) also did a fantastic job explaining the financial breakdown clearly and thoroughly. Greg and his team at the autoshop also provided an amazing turnaround when we needed a new battery replaced with our new purchase 🚗

This was the best purchase experience I’ve ever had. Sean, the fleet manager, was excellent during the entire process and gave me the best price for my Raptor 802a package within the entire state! That is no exaggeration. I was so happy from dealing with Sean, to the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

I sadly conducted business here. I had my For Raptor serviced here for a few years. The last time I turned the vehicle in for regular service I mentioned there was a very obvious knocking sound coming from the engine area. My service was completed, and I received the service record with all the areas in green and was informed there was no issue. Three days later I was in a cross country trip in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma and my truck started making a loud knocking sound. About 10 minutes later the truck stopped running. I waited almost 6 hours for a tow truck in freezing cold weather and almost didn’t make it to my destination, which I had orders to report to. I won’t bore you with the rest of the story, but almost $30k later this dealership refused any ownership of this issue and left me to hang dry. Mistakes happen, but any business that doesn’t take ownership of a mistake is the worst type of business.
I do not recommend you spend money at this dealership.
UPDATED: 2/16/25- AutoNation Ford would like to make you believe they are trying to find solutions by saying “Please contact our GM they would like to make it right,” but in fact, it’s just a visual to make it seem like they care. I’ve called several times and the GM is too busy, which I understand, but don’t say talk to our GM. At the minimum though, at least have someone “try” making it right if that’s what you say you are trying to do. This is a joke… I’m going to proceed with Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wish I could review it negative five stars.

First I’d like to say they fixed my car quicker than I thought. My complaint is the promises they did not fulfill. My car which is 1 1/2 yrs old would not start go into neutral etc… and I could not drive it due to a 12volt battery being dead (found out after service) it is a mustang mach E. They could not tell me how to get it onto a tow truck… I had to show the tow truck driver a you tube video that I found after waiting for the dealership to call me back with no results. The dealership said that they would have a car for me by Monday since I drive for work, I need to have transportation. They never called me… when Tuesday came (without a follow up from the dealer) I called and asked about my car and the rental. My car was going to be ready in an hour when they called me back later that day. He asked me if I would like a car wash. I said yeah that would be great! He said no problem give me an extra hour. I picked up my car 2-3 hrs later and it was not washed. It just added to the disappointment of poor service. Hopefully this review helps you. They failed to deliver on expectations and then promise random things without fulfilling. I would have been fine without wash expectations and I would have been fine if they said no rental would be provided so I could plan ahead without being inconvenienced, even though my car is practically new and it should be covered. I was just trying to get to work with minimal issues. And the fact that no one knew how to get my car onto a tow truck with a dead battery and a dead 12V battery was kinda ridiculous…in all if there was another convenient area to service I would much rather use them…

Had a really great experience buying my first car here. Justin was very responsive over the phone and found me an answer to any question I texted him later on. He was very kind and down to earth too. When going over the finances and signing the documents Linus was extremely helpful, clear, fast and I felt secure that I was only paying what I needed to. Overall, terrific service, looking forward to popping in to say hi next time I'm driving through Valencia.
