I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Valencia. I worked with Mo as the salesman, James Threw as the sales manager, and Elias in finance. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciated how straightforward and easy the entire process was. They offered me a fair price from the beginning, so there was no need for back-and-forth negotiations, and I was able to purchase the vehicle quickly. I was in and out with my new car in about an hour. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this dealership.

Be extremely careful with this dealer.
We spent over 3 hours negotiating after making it clear we were evaluating both a finance and a lease deal, despite already having a confirmed deal secured with another dealership. These employees claimed they could beat that offer, then intentionally dragged the process out, working slowly until other dealerships closed, effectively preventing us from completing our already-secured deal elsewhere.
When numbers were finally presented, we discovered the finance department had used the full value of my already-paid-off trade-in as a down payment to falsely lower the monthly payments—without clear, upfront disclosure. This was done on both the finance and lease scenarios they presented.
By that point, we were exhausted and ready to leave, which made the situation feel calculated and predatory. Thankfully, my wife—an accountant—reviewed the final breakdown and immediately caught it. When confronted, staff were visibly shocked we noticed, became nervous, and began pointing fingers at one another instead of taking responsibility.
After leaving, we received multiple text messages acknowledging what happened and attempting to “accommodate” us, which only reinforces that this should never have occurred. We have the full text thread documented.
This experience was misleading, deceptive, and unethical, relying on stalling tactics and customer fatigue to push numbers through. There are other dealerships that operate transparently and professionally—this is not one of them. Anyone considering financing or leasing here should scrutinize every number and be prepared to walk away.
