Lenin, Michelle and Chris were the most amazing people in assisting me in getting my vehicle! I was dealing with a lot to get to the point for purchasing a vehicle and they made it so easy and worked with me to leave with the car I wanted!! Thank you again to them for all their help. I appreciate them more than words can express!

The whole team is very efficient. No lies shortcuts or hidden things. They go straight to the point and put on the table their programs and specials, making it easier to complete the purchase. From the sales person Steven to the sales manager Ryan and finally the financial part with Carlos . This has been the fastest and most efficient process in car shopping.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at AutoNation Honda Valencia, and I feel compelled to share this to warn others. While their glowing 5-star reviews might look impressive, I suspect many of them are fake. Sorting by the negative reviews will give you a much clearer picture of what you can expect. Here’s my story: For the past few months, I had an issue with my car where the lever controlling the trunk and gas filler door started jamming. Eventually, the cable snapped, leaving me unable to close my trunk or open the gas filler door. My trusted mechanic was booked out for two weeks, so out of desperation, I turned to AutoNation Honda Valencia. They gave me a quote similar to my mechanic’s and promised to complete the work within a day. I also asked them to: -Fix a broken door lock cylinder (damaged by a vandal), -Replace the dome light, -Replace the hubcaps, -Recondition the foggy headlights, -Rotate the tires, -Perform their multi-point inspection, -Provide a vehicle appraisal. I dropped off my car early Wednesday morning. By evening, they had completed the dome light, hubcaps, the door cylinder, and the trunk/gas cable repair. However, they forgot the tire rotation, the headlight restoration, the inspection, and the appraisal. I was told the headlight tech didn’t show up, so that wasn’t done either. I was okay with this at first since I wasn’t charged for the missed work. But things quickly went downhill. Upon getting home, I noticed two extra keys on my keyring. That’s when I realized they replaced the lock cylinder but didn’t re-pin it to match my existing key. When I called, they gave me some nonsensical excuse about having trouble "cutting the key." I explained they wouldn’t need to cut a key but re-pin the cylinder. After some back-and-forth, they asked me to bring the car back Friday morning to fix the issue. On Friday, communication was non-existent. I had to keep following up, and by the afternoon, they told me they were struggling to put my door panel back together, blaming it on my car’s age. This delay forced my family to miss appointments. They finally asked to keep the car overnight, promising it would be ready by Saturday morning. Saturday morning came, and I was told they needed “extra time to make things perfect.” This felt like more gaslighting. I know how long these jobs should take and how they work, but I stayed patient. Three hours later, I finally got my car back. The lock cylinder now worked with my key, but as I tested the window, I heard a crunching, crackling sound. Exhausted and fed up, I brought it to their attention. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager, I gave up and left. While driving, I kept hearing pops and thumps when using the window. I immediately went to my trusted mechanic and explained everything. Within minutes, he popped off the door panel (with ease) and pulled out a broken sideview mirror that AutoNation Honda had left inside my door frame! This was the source of the crunching noise. My mechanic also found that the door handle release cable had been broken and "repaired" with a zip tie — a hack-job they never communicated to me. It’s clear AutoNation Honda Valencia's technicians are either careless, incompetent, or both. Whether the service manager and agent knowingly parroted their lies or were themselves deceived is unclear, but either way, their service is abysmal. This experience left me feeling frustrated, deceived, and angry. I will never go back to AutoNation Honda Valencia, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, find another service center.

Johnny and Chris both made my trade in experience smooth and painless! They were both transparent and very kind! Johnny made me feel welcomed, heard and respected. I can say that my experience with them made me feel valued; Johnny went above and beyond for me, ensuring my new car was spotless, helping me transfer items from my new car and he worked out a great deal with me that I couldn't refuse! As I have shared with him, he touched my heart with not only what he shared with me about himself but as a professional. I will recommend him to any of my friends and family who are interested in getting a Honda vehicle! He also took a photo of me and my new car!

Had my first service Honda Accord picked a busy time. My car is a white Accord Hybrid touring model full loaded. It had a clunk or bang under the drivers seat, didn’t know how to explain it still don’t. The service team fixed it. Plus my service. They washed off the ask from two weeks of fires. Looked new, they cared for me. Tinted windows I added.
