This place is a gem. The staff is beyond helpful and everyone always provides exceptional customer service. I’ve had the privilege of interacting Naomi, Jason, and several others at the front desk and they are incredible humans that provide a wonderful service in important, often crisis moments for me. The manager there (I sadly forget his name, I thinks it’s John) is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met, and he is so gracious and kind. The rooms are always clean and at such an affordable price point, I’d say this is the best place to stay in Santa Clarita. Everyone who runs that place deserves praise.

Pros: Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: Refrigerator is so small it's basically useless. Parking is completely inadequate. Elevator quit working twice for about an hour. Yogurt machine was broken for 4 days, asked the desk clerk when it would be fixed twice and heard, "Tomorrow" both times. Uh-huh. Breakfast had no variety, same weird "egg puffs" and cheap link sausage every day (although they did have undercooked cool in the middle hash browns one day). Hot tub was broken and being removed. Shower took 3-5 minutes to run hot and had low pressure.

The locations is great, you’re across from six flags, and near shopping centers and groceries. The room was good and clean. The reason for 3 stars was because for the 3 nights stay, breakfast was the same egg/potato muffins, and she didn’t bring it till after 6:15. Also self serve coffee which was only located on lobby not eating area, was cold. Very disappointing, and NO regular sugar. Also, PARKING IS NOT FREE

Disappointing stay. Stayed here once before with family and never again. Property parking area not well kept and seemed questionable at night. Side door of hotel broken so anyone can come in at night.
Room was somewhat clean but bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were rock hard. Heating and cooling unit broken, could not identify temperature.
Family and I had extended stay and front desk told us they don’t do room service but would change trash and give more towels. But cleaning staff was nice and completed service.
We made request well in advance to have room on the first floor but it was ignored.
Will not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Service at the front desk was great. The hotel is very close to Magic Mountain. Many restaurants and shopping close. There is a Dennys in the parking lot. Across the street, there’s a Starbucks, Mexican restaurant, maybe a few more. The hotel is next to the 5, but noise in my room was reasonable, I requested non-freeway side. Rate was very reasonable. I would stay again.
