All employees very nice with excellent customer service. Joe is awesome. He understands the anxiety of having your car damaged, and he assures you that you will be satisfied. He keeps you posted along the way so there is no wondering when your car will be ready. Our cars have been ready on time or early each time. This is our 3rd repair here with extreme satisfaction every time. Thank you Joe and the rest of the staff!

Caliber did an excellent job. Kept me informed all the way. Color was matched perfectly. Had my vehicles ready ahead of time. I Also to add to it detailed my car inside and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I took my 2016 dodge charger road and track to get the front bumper and the side front fender to get fixed. They first took a very long time to finish the work they did. After rescheduling the date it should have been finished 4 time. The work the did on my car was the worse I have seen from a body shop. They delivered the car super dirty and didn’t even finish the job left bolts out and the parts that they switched out were use old parts from another car. It’s been a week since I got it back they promised to get it fixed but haven’t even received a call to schedule something. Would not recommend!
