I paid a lot of money to bring my dog here when he was diagnosed with a stomach infection and needed antibiotics right away. What should have been a simple prescription turned into an exhausting and extremely frustrating experience.
First, the clinic told me they had emailed the prescription to me, but when I drove to the pharmacy, it was invalid. I called again and was told they had sent it directly to the pharmacy—so I drove there again, only to find nothing had been sent. When I called one more time, they told me to come in person to pick it up. After driving all the way from Valencia to Canyon Country, I was told they couldn’t give me the prescription because they spelled my last name wrong.
I explained my dog was sick and needed the medication immediately, but the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, loud, and dismissive instead of helping resolve the issue. It was unprofessional and stressful while my pet was suffering.
Months later, when my dog became sick again and started throwing up blood, I called for help—and was told by the same receptionist that they “had a bad experience” with me and refused to help. She hung up on me while I was trying to explain that my dog needed care.
This clinic clearly does not prioritize the well-being of their patients or show basic compassion. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it—refusing service to a sick pet because I pointed out their repeated errors—is absolutely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken that they would treat a loyal, paying client this way.
I do not recommend this veterinary office to anyone who loves their pet and expects professionalism, compassion, or accountability.

I’ve had such a terrible experience with this veterinary center, and I do not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about the well-being of their pet. The staff only seems to care about money, not the animals they are supposed to help. They constantly make mistakes, are rude and dismissive, and rarely answer the phone. When you do get through, they give you attitude instead of answers.
They will act friendly and accommodating before payment, but once they’ve been paid, that professionalism disappears. If you have any questions or concerns afterward, they treat you as if you’re a burden rather than a caring pet owner.
My dog has continued to suffer because of their negligence, and this entire experience has been stressful and heartbreaking. A veterinary clinic should have compassion and integrity, but unfortunately, this place has shown neither.
In all honesty, any good reviews that come out of this place must be Fraudulent.

I honestly do not recommend this veterinary clinic. The staff is consistently unprofessional and makes frequent mistakes with paperwork, prescriptions, and record-keeping. When I tried to address these issues, they became defensive and acted as though it was my fault, even though I was only trying to get my dog the medication the doctor had prescribed.
My dog did not receive the proper care he needed and was misdiagnosed multiple times, resulting in unnecessary rounds of antibiotics for conditions he didn’t have. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability and compassion from the staff—they show little regard for your pet’s well-being and treat clients poorly when concerns are raised.
Instead of resolving their own errors, they were dismissive and even hung up on me during a call when I was trying to get help for my sick dog. This entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. I would strongly recommend finding another vet that truly values professionalism, communication, and the health of your pet.

I have lived here for 20 years and I’ve tried various vets and have not been happy with any. I love my vet in Burbank but it is a long drive especially when something is wrong. When my dog ate some onions, I knew it had to be addressed right away, I went to this place and I did not know they were under new management since the last time I had gone there, so I was happily surprised with the service I received. They were amazing to my dog and they took great care of him. Less than two weeks later he had a major issue and it was after hours so I had to go to the urgent care, they said he had pancreatitis and sent him home with me. I had a dog with pancreatitis before and she was in the hospital for a week so I was nervous about him just coming home, he didn’t look good so I brought him here the next morning. They felt maybe he had an obstruction that may be causing the pancreatitis. They put him on an IV and did some tests. They went out of their way and helped me a by calling around finding a hospital that would be open to care for him and had an ultrasound to check for an instruction. The hospital they sent me to couldn’t be sure and wanted to do exploratory surgery and I ended up doing it. They found a piece of blue plastic, which was the backing of a puppy pad going through his intestines. I am beyond grateful to them because they are the ones who felt it wasn’t just pancreatitis . If I just would’ve kept my dog at home he would’ve died so I owe them everything they are amazing
