Great sandwich, great employees, good service, clean restaurant. The only downside is it's pretty expensive, about 30$ for a large, which is enough for two. So, $15 a person when you get the same thing, otherwise about 20$ per person. There does look to be some lunch specials if you order online, though. Enjoyed the italian more than the capistrami.

I enjoyed the "Classic Italian," and found the meats, cheese and condiments made it a balanced combination of ingredients. My husband really liked the wagu beef, (complete with dip) sub. On the side we had the fries, they were light and crispy and are very much like the fries at Big Chicken. It's nice to have Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in town and look forward to returning and trying other menu items.

My fav is the hot bobbie with no mayo extra cranberry. This shop did it right. When I walked in, I was happy as relieved from the heat, and the place was clean. The young gal running the spot was super nice and made our 2 orders pretty quick. But Caps needs to put a bit more meat, but all their shops are pretty consistent. I'll be back 😆

Absolutely awful quality sandwiches at Capriottis Canyon Country.
I used to go to Capriottis in Chatsworth, and that location is amazing.
Canyon Country is the lowest grade food, and cheapest quality ingredients that are preserved and disguise with massive amounts of salt, and, with very very little meat.
For my birthday, I ordered a Large Hot Bobbie and a Large Capastrami.
First, the hot Bobbie was so old, completely dried out and obviously microwaved dried out sharp chards of what I guess was supposed to be turkey. There was so so so much Salt on the turkey and in the sandwich that I couldn’t get past the first bite.
What happened to the fresh oven roasted turkey that you used to freshly grill for you when making your sandwich?
No, this was old old salted preserved dried out chards of turkey.
Same with the stuffing. So dry, way too much salt, and zero flavor.
The turkey didn’t taste like turkey because it probably wasn’t real turkey.
The stuffing was some old dried out microwaved breadcrumbs.
When I arrived, the place was clean, but a very dry environment. The grill looks like it’s never been used and the owner hides in the back microwaving everything.
Nothing is fresh nor made in front of you.
It’s a one owner, one man operation desperately trying to use Capriottis name to make money and pay rent using the absolute lowest quality old ingredients, and instead of cooking them fresh in the grill, everything is microwaved.
He even put the tiniest amount of cranberry sauce on the Bottom of the sandwich, instead of the top where it’s supposed to be.
Now for the coleslaw…oh my goodness how could you even serve this to any customer.
The coleslaw was so old, it was Congealed and a wet mess. It was so disgusting that it should be illegal to serve it.
The Capastrami, same thing. Very old, very dried out meat?, and very little meat?. Disgusting and both sandwiches were not edible. Had to throw them away for fear of food poisoning and not knowing what was really in them.
Capriottis, I kindly wrote to you with pictures showing you how awful everything was.
I sent it to your Customer Relations, as well as your review request on the receipt.
I kept getting emails telling me that someone would respond, but of course you don’t care and didn’t ever respond.
My corporation which used to always use you for catering and corporate events will not be ordering from you ever again.
You didn’t just lose one customer, you lost thousands of customers.
If you had responded to me and refunded me my $45 and offered to try to make things right, of course I would understand that mistakes happen and clearly the Canyon Country location should not be using your name, cause it’s clearly not serving your quality nor fresh ingredients you advertise. I would have given you another chance, no problem. But you chose to ignore an honest, fair, and accurate response before posted this review.
Shame on you.
